Only good for location

Good location, but very small rooms with little storage space. Paid extra for a balcony, but it was tiny so couldn’t even use it. Bathrooms were dirty. Staff not very friendly.

Excellent stay for two nights in Nice. Great location near the promenade and complimentary beach towels available for day use. Secure property with gated access in the evenings. The service was outstanding and staff were so warm and friendly. Thank you!

Great place if you're looking to stay in a more quiet spot outside of old Nice. Quick 15 min walk to Old Nice along the promenade. Only issue I had was that air conditioning did not work and it was very hot in the room.
