The property is composed of a spacious entrance with cupboard and large windows offering an unobstructed view towards Nice West. The fully equipped American kitchen with oven, microwave oven, hotplates, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, is open to the living room. A high bar separates the kitchen from the lounge area from where you will appreciate the unobstructed view of the swimming pool and the hill of Nice-Ouest. The living room has a sofa bed creating the sleeping area in no time. Finally the shower room is completely renovated with a large shower and a toilet.

Het inchecken en contact vooraf was prettig. Echter gaf de advertentie aan dat er parkeerplekken aanwezig waren. Helaas bleek dit niet het geval en gaf de verhuurder aan dat we aan de straat konden parkeren. Na aangeven dat het volledig vol was helaas geen enkele reactie meer ontvangen. We hebben 3 km verder geparkeerd en het gehele verblijf de bus gepakt. Daarnaast bevatte de douchekop zoveel kalk dat het water aan alle kanten uit de douchekop kwam. Dit zelf kunnen oplossen. VRBO zelf heeft eveneens geen contact kunnen krijgen met de eigenaar.
