I stayed for three nights. The location is superb. Right at the center of Nice, you can walk to almost anywhere: the breach, shopping, and many great restaurants nearby. Also 5 min walk to the tram that takes you to the airport and 10 min walk to the train station. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. The room was basic but clean and quiet.

I had a wonderful experience at the Palm Boutique Hôtel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly courteous, kind, and welcoming. They even allowed me to check in a couple of hours early, which made a huge difference after a long journey. The decor was really calming. Everything about the space just felt peaceful and thoughtfully put together. It created a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. I will come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was great for the beach, shops and restaurants and was easily walkable to the train station for day trips too. The hotel was clean and the staff super friendly! We had an issue with our flight being cancelled and the staff were so helpful moving stuff around so we could stay in our room a few extra nights! This is a great base for exploring Nice and further afield and we would definitely stay here again!

The front desk receptionist upon arriving was very helpful and offered many suggestions and full property descriptions and requirements. The room was quaint and had everything we needed for a two night stay. Two small negatives about the room was that the bathroom shower was quite small and the room was on the humid side, despite the air conditioning working well, however, the bed was fine and we enjoyed our stay. We weren’t visiting Nice for the hotel and we were able to sleep relatively comfortably each night. They only offer a continental breakfast so we chose to find a local patisserie instead. The city was wonderful and we were able to walk to most areas, and the transit system was great for a day trip to Monaco.

We had a very friendly welcome from Karine on our arrival. She took time to talk us through the hotel facilities & showing us on a map, places to go. During our stay, nothing was too much trouble for her - we were always greeted with a friendly smile. The hotel was clean & nice room with an outside space plus in a great location. The Palm was a wonderful place to stay during my extended vacation in Nice. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was light and cheery and housekeeping did a great job every day. The location is walking distance from a large number of restaurants, shopping, old town and even the train station. I would 100 percent choose to stay there again when visiting Nice.
