Nice Holdidays in Nice :)

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sauber, gut ausgestattet mit 2 BĂ€dern, groß und gerĂ€umig. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Toller Ausblick auf den Strand, Innenstand fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. BĂ€cker und Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke.

Tolle Lage aber Parken katastrophal

Wohnung ganz in Ordnung, jedoch kein eigener Parkplatz. Im Inserat ging anderes hervor. Es ist schwierig und teuer das Auto zu parken.

Großartiges Appartment mit wunderbarem Meerblick!!!

FĂŒr unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt in Nizza war dieses Appartment einfach spitze. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet jeglichen Komfort. Sogar BadetĂŒcher fĂŒr den Strand liegen bereit! In wenigen Schritten erreicht man sowohl das Meer als auch den Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle. Somit ist die Unterkunft idealer Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Unternehmungen. Wir möchten uns bei der Vermieterin Elise und der Managerin Frances, die uns vorort prima in alles eingewiesen hat, ganz herzlich bedanken. FĂŒr uns steht jetzt schon fest, dass wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen werden.

Great place, great location but bad service

The apartment is great, everything you need, beautiful sea view, cross the street to beach, excellent location etc. etc. BUT
. I am assuming the owner uses a property management company to manage check in and departure, Olga, in this instance. She would not respond to what’s app messages until I contacted what I am assuming is the owner. Then when we finally met her she was late and my father and I him 79 years old were standing in the hot sun with two large suitcases, she briefly greeted us and offered no help with luggage or even holding the door. She was rude, combative and insulting in her manner. I’m not one to complain, but hopefully the owner finds someone to replace Olga or this will become an ongoing theme.

Spacious apartment with an incredible view

This 2 bedroom /2bath apartment was wonderful for the four of us! It’s conveniently located on the promenade across from the ocean! Great ocean breezes, especially at night. Used the air on humid evenings! The check in/ out process and communication was good! Would recommend this place, for sure!

This location had what a family of four needed to be comfortable while enjoying the Cîte d’Azur! The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bedroom AC units were great to have to help us sleep. You are across the street from the sea, which is great for families. It gets a little noisy at night from the nearby beach clubs, but you are staying in a beach town—it comes with the territory!

Second trip to Nice

My husband and I just made our second trip to NICE and returned to Elise’ beachfront apartment. We love the location and view. All communication with the property manager was excellent. We are likely to come back again. All was wonderful!!!

Excellent location

The apartment is in a great location with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the boulevard. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The apartment looked a little tired but understandable due to the age of the building. Some repairs are needed (a window latch was broken) but for the value the apartment was superb. We wwould definitely consider staying again when returning to beautiful Nice.

Comfortable apartment surf side in Nice

A perfect location to base a stay in Nice! The apartment’s windows open to a nice ocean breeze and the cafù directly below is a great place for an afternoon drink or breakfast. We went to the market and cooked Provençal dinners with the well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable for two couples or a small family.

Incredivle views!

We stayed here for a week and loved the apartment! The space is just as seen in the pictures and is spotless. The kitchen is well equiped and the apartment is very comfortable overall. We did need to buy toilet paper as they did not leave much, and I would recommend bringing ear plugs and pillow because the bed is not great and there are no extra pillows. The location is awesome and the view is amazing! I would definitely recommend this apartment, and I would happily stay again!

Apartment is in a great location but could be so much better if they updated. Second bathroom towel rail broken and put under basin, shower facet on last legs. All the furniture looks as though it has come from a cheap flea market. The crockery was old and stained. The blinds in the lounge and dining area are broken so light and noise comes into the apartment. With a bit more TLC this could be a great apartment

Beautiful apartment but stressful stay...

The apartment is beautiful located in a prime spot right on the promenade. The host and property manager were both very responsive to messages, which we appreciated. The lower rating is primarily due to the check-in process. The check-in time is listed as after 2pm (or 3pm depending on the source). Generally, this is understood to mean that you can check-in any time after 2pm. However, it turns out this means the earliest you can check-in is at 2pm. The actual check-in time depends on the property manager's availability since she needs to be there to let you in and manages multiple properties. We were eventually let in around 7:30pm. It would have been more convenient to check in ourselves without having to wait. We were also asked multiple times about our check-out time, even though we confirmed we were leaving before the required check-out time. This back-and-forth communication and the stress involved were not the best way to start a vacation. Also, while everything more or less works, it doesn't work particularly well. The AC is very weak (from an American POV), the soap dispensers require a lot of force to use, some of the outer blinds don't function, and one of the showers doesn't drain well and will overflow. When we brought up the shower issue, the PM told us that this was normal and advised us not to shower for too long. Overall, while the location/aesthetics of the apt are fantastic, the check-in process and some maintenance issues need significant improvements.

Fabulous location

Looks just like the pictures. Wish I had known it would have a Nespresso machine because I would have brought some capsules with me:-) My husband and I loved the location because it was a great spot to let our teenagers go do their own thing in the evenings and they appreciated the freedom. Fabulous view, lots of restaurants near by. Comfortable.

Great location but 


There were 2 couples staying at this location. Apartment is located right on Promenade des Anglais and 50 metres from the Mediterranean. Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walking distance to everything including Old Nice and Castle Hill. Check in was quick and painless. There were some issues however. 1. We noticed a terrible smell in our bathroom. When I told Olga about it, she said it wasn’t the apartment but a building issue. She also said to try to pour water down the drain. Didn’t work. We tried using vinegar. Seemed to help temporarily. A previous review mentioned the same issue with a response that said the problem had been fixed. Obviously it wasn’t. 2. Olga mentioned that there were some missing window shutters. With the temperatures being so high, it would have been nice to have all the shutters available. 3. The property manager Olga did not come across as being sympathetic to our issues. It would have been nice to hear “I’m so sorry about the bad smell. Let me see if there’s something I can do about it”. 4. When I asked about how to divert water from one shower head to another, she did not have an answer and it wasn’t obvious. The controls were difficult to operate. Taken separately theses issues may not seem significant but added together they did. However our overall Nice experience was pleasant.

Lovely apartment and great location!

Host (Elise) was very responsive. Check in and out was simple and quick! The apartment is across the street from the beach and we walked everywhere throughout Nice! The apartment was actually much larger than I expected and was very clean and had everything you could need! Would highly recommend this property!!
