Wonderful!!!!

This place is amazing, we would return without any hesitation. Views are even more breathtaking in person. The pics online do not do anything about this place justice. Its decor is eclectic, comfortable, relaxed, and charming in a perfect French way. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Its about a 10-15 minute walk straight down the beautiful boardwalk promenade to Old Town, which you definitely want to check out. The front and rear terraces makes the perfect setting to relax and take in the beauty of Nice. Our little family of 3 had the best time and felt very safe and lucky to be there. Would 100% go back and recommend!

Beautiful view. No aircon in main area

Stunning wide view from flat and right across from the beach. If I can figure out how to post a picture, I will. The main area looks dark in the pictures, but it's quite nice and bright when the blinds are up. The biggest issue for us was that there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms. This fact was not included in the description. I didn't book other properties because they included that only the bedrooms have air conditioning. It was a major problem for us. It was so hot in the main area - where the view is. They brought a fan, but it didn't do the job. Also, someone was supposed to meet us when we arrived. I messaged the owner through multiple methods, but we were left standing in front of the property in the heat after very long international flights. After that incident though, Jacqueline was very responsive and prompt in communication for the rest of our 1 week stay. The main bed is hard and uncomfortable. Finally, I may have missed the rules somewhere but be sure to ask about expectations for the awning and blinds. Even with all of this, as long as they change the description about the air conditioning and you don't stay in hot months, I would recommend this property. It has a very pretty view. It's clean and functional. And, Jacqueline is prompt with communication and addressing issues.

lovely stay in Nice

This is truly the first time I can say the photos/description of an apartment are not as good as reality. The location and terraces and windows in this apartment are amazing. There are many fun things to do in Nice, but we spent hours just admiring the sea. I would live there if I could! Thank you for sharing your apartment with us.
