Great location, great staff

Great location (the entrance is on one of the pedestrian shopping arcades), on the street that leads to Bandai bridge and then straight into the JR station. The front desk staff was very helpful for dinner recommendations. Standard small Japanese hotel room, but the wifi is good.

Niigata is a wonderful city and this hotel is in a great location. I really enjoyed my stay here, room was perfect and very affordable. The staff are great and extremely helpful and kind.

Really nice place in Niigata

Very close to the river- only about 5 minutes by foot; close to the Amine museum, five minutes to Niigata station by bus or a 15 minute walk, also very close to the Sea of Japan. Bus stop right by the hotel, Media Boat is again a five minute walk. Market in front of the hotel and a few minutes walk will take you to an Irish Pub. Highly recommend it.

新潟駅からは遠いが、バスで1本の上、本数多し。古町のアーケード入口、吉野家の隣り、コンビニは近くにあるので不便さは感じません。部屋はリニューアルされていて綺麗で使いやすい。サービスドリンクもあるので、値段とのバランス考えれば非常に良いホテルだと思います。

Tägliche Zimmerreinigung. Keine nervigen Putz-Geräusche, wenn man doch etwas länger schlafen möchte. Zwar etwas weiter weg vom Bahnhof, dennoch sehr zentral und gut mit dem Bus erreichbar. Immer wieder gerne.
