Unfortunately there is a lack of management support for the lovely staff who are fronting and responding to all the problems and customer complaints and therefore cannot be dealt with swiftly. We had to wait for a response from the manger via a telephone conversation with the reception's staff. This is not worthy of any 3 star rating and is poor value for money. Despite work to upgrade the property it is not fit for opening and the bathrooms and facilities need to be upgraded or the price should reflect the offering. Whilst the staff did their best to fix the issues in our room it did not make up for them serving us raw chicken. There was no formal recognition of the severity of the incident. I had to say I would not pay for the food, rather than them being more forthcoming with an apology or compensation. It did cause us grave concern and we were worried about contracting salmonella. They did deduct the cost of the parking at 50 Euros that we were unaware of anyway as compensation for our room.
Overall the hotel was disappointing but the location is great, close to the beach and there is a nice pool.
En general bien. La cafeterĂa tiene un horario poco conveniente. No tienen el detalle de subir las maletas que llegaron por la mañana en el servicio de correos a la habitaciĂłn, las dejaron todo el dĂa en recepciĂłn.
Very good although walls are a bit thin , end of September loads of eating places all shut although we found a great little place up the road serving burgers etc from 19.30 hours
