Housekeeper was excellent, as were the servers at breakfast! The constant music until 10 pm was more than annoying. The reggaeton is pleasant but not when its drumming continues non-stop until 20 pm. My room was near the bar and it was incessantly playing. If there was a way to turn it off I would have been grateful. It was meant to increase the bar sales but with families and seniors they didn’t have the right audience. The second thing I was disappointed in was the inadequate space at the beach. Upon arriving at 10 am the chairs were all already taken! It meant sitting uncomfortably in bright sun with no umbrella. I won’t be visiting this Courtyard again.

The rooms were spotless and the amenies are good. The beds are very soft ok for some. Pillows are great as are all the linens. The hotel is only a $10 cab to the strip and free shuttles to the beach were always available. The only somewhat of a displeasure was the hallway flooring and where it meets the walls on the base look lacking of an upgrade.

The property is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located near the beach. The resort caters to an older clientele and is ideal if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Check-in was disappointing, as the staff member who assisted us was not very informative. We had a pool-view room, which was lovely, and I highly recommend booking a room with a balcony. Unfortunately, service overall was lacking. Most of the bartenders did not acknowledge us, and service was very slow. The waitstaff seemed to operate on “island time,” or perhaps felt less urgency due to the automatic 15% service charge added to each check. Beach access was convenient; however, transportation to and from the beach was inconsistent. We requested a taxi through Jose, but three couples who arrived after us were placed into taxis before us, which was frustrating. Overall, our stay was good, but based on the service issues, I would not choose to stay at this property again. That said, I would like to acknowledge a few exceptional employees who truly stood out: Oscar, Nelson, Miguel, and Frenda.

This place was great. Complimentary breakfast was decent every morning, and they offer happy hour snacks for two each day (bruschetta, caprese salad, and wrap). The pool area was beautiful- cabanas and beach chairs for free, and plenty of towels/staff. The rooms were clean and refreshed every night, and it was quiet since we were not right on the main strip of restaurants/night life. Shops and restaurants were all walking distance (~.7 miles) and the beach was pristine! The shuttle for pick up/drop off was super slick, but also it was a quick walk if you didn't want to wait. All in all, we would go back and recommend!
