Great house

The house and Amenities were great. Our only complaint is the family room sofa. It isn’t big enough for a house that is supposed to sleep 12 and is the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever sat on. Need to replace sofa and add a few chairs to the living room so everyone can hang out comfortably.

Great place to stay!

The smart lock was a little tricky, as we did not realize you had to lift up on the black face plate to enter the code. Also, it would have been nice to have the Wi-Fi written down somewhere inside the Villa, even though they send it in an email. The dogs and birds next door were a bit loud at times. The villa was very clean and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location, Beautiful Villa,

First 3 days the AC wasn't working in the living room area which made it miserable indoors. We ate dinner etc outside. The weather was nice. The bedrooms AC worked great. There was a water leak in the outside bedroom so it went unused. They took their time fixing our issues. Day 4 everything got fixed. Detail instructions are needed to program the TVs. The locations is perfect. The rooms are spacious. We really enjoyed the villa after everything got fixed. Would recommend and stay here again.

Family vacation and vow renewal

There were 12 of us staying in the 6 bedroom house. One of the bedrooms is in the outside pool house. The location was excellent. The beds were firm but comfortable. Short walk to a mall and public beach area. Everyone enjoyed the pool but had to be very careful because the tile around the pool was very slippery. We would stay there again.

Great house but noisy location

The house was large enough to accommodate our big group. Very spacious we never felt as if we were on top of each other. However there were a few downsides to our stay. If you want to sleep in past 6am this house not for you. The house across the street has 4 dogs and 2 parrots that compete with each other barking and squawking constantly. Ear plugs aren’t enough! They would bark viscously every time we would be outside to go anywhere. We did try to text the manager with no response asking if they know the neighbor to help us. The house could use some hooks for towels, and was short on kitchen gadgets. Beds were very firm and the pool area is extremely slippery when it’s wet. We had a many slips and a fall. The location is great for walking to dining, beach and shopping.

Week of sun, fun, and relaxation

Leave your worries behind when you book this property! The listing is completely representative of this property. The house is beautiful, clean, and very spacious. Very accommodating for a large group of people and so conveniently located with a short walk to the beach and the restaurants and the high rise district. You need to be cautious with crossing LG Smith Blvd because of the traffic. The backyard, pool and patio area is very pretty and relaxing but you should be cautious with the patio because it would get very slippery. The check in process was amazingly easy and Remco, our contact for any questions we had or any issues that arose, responded immediately and was always very helpful. We will definitely return in the future!

This place was amazing, 4 couple Group early 30’s first time to Aruba, place was Pristine. Keys for every room, plenty of towels, toiletries for s week long stay Beautiful view of the active nightlife across a view of trees Very private, gated and walking distance to everything You can’t go wrong with this l, ana and Alex communicated and checked in with us and had no issues what so ever Everyone on the island was amazing and super nice We booked yours one a day and had dinner every night Will be revisiting and hopefully same spot!
