RIU Palace Antillas is an awesome all inclusive. Clean, great food and love how close it is to downtown. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the beach attendants were not very friendly and the fact that you had to cut your day short to stand in line for dinner reservations at the specialty restaurants since they dont accept reservations.

The room was nice and bright, and very clean! Though it could have used some touch up spots to cover scuff marks. The conditioner in the shower was amazing! First resort that has had really good conditioner! Every person there, from the front desk to, bartenders and wait staff and cleaning lady we're OUTSTANDING AND VERY FUN AND FRIENDLY! They all took really good care of us.

Booked KING bed on Expedia. When arrived and checked-in, Riu Hotel gave me a 2 TWIN sized bedroom. I requested a change twice to front desk, both times, no action was taken. POOR.
