The hotel was clean. It was a nice room except for one major problem when I stay in a hotel room I would like to be able to use the shower. I could not get the shower handle to turn. so I called the front desk. I’m not sure he understood what I was saying. I timed it 15 minutes later I walked up to the front desk and tried to explain to him I couldn’t get the shower to turn on. He followed me back to the room, which was real close to the front desk room 204. He couldn’t get the shower to work either. He beat on the handle and finally got it broke free and the shower worked, but this time I had already gotten dressed and on with my day so I did not get a shower in a hotel room. the gentleman working the front desk English was so bad. I could not understand him. I had him write things down, but apparently being foreign born, he’s not used to riding left to right, so it was illegible. what he was saying was”emon” over and over after a lengthy exchange and him trying to write it out, which was illegible he was trying to say email. He was unable to explain the bill. I stated I needed a refund cause I was unable to use the shower, but he did not I understand. He had charged me $50 for a deposit because I had a dog with me. The paperwork I received did not reflect the $50was being returned. but I still paid full price for the room because of his inability to speak/ write English. I would have a hard time referring this hotel to anyone expecting to have the minimal amount of service.

Overall, the stay was okay, but I encountered some cleanliness and service issues. First, the cleanliness issue: when we entered the room, the comforter was not clean. I couldn’t take a picture of it, but I did take a picture of the table, which had residue all over it before we arrived. Second, the service issues: we requested a crib, but it took almost two hours and two phone calls to receive it. In addition, the phone in the room would not connect to housekeeping or the front desk, so I had to Google the number and call from my mobile on roaming charges just to get connected. Overall, it was a below-average experience. I’ve stayed in many quality inn many times, but this was the first time I’ve had these kinds of issues. On a positive note, the staff member on duty at night (the Indian gentleman) was very nice.

Sink drain broken, TV remote faulty, noise on back patio at midnight kept me awake, no elevator, desk trainees made me enter all my ID information even though I had don it on line and and had a confirmation number. I was suffering from sun screen in my eyes when I checked in so that made me grumpy. This should not be a Choice hotel!

AVOID!!! Not to the guys fault, but the guy at the front desk was not helpful at all. The room was very dirty, stains ABSOLUTELY EVERYWHERE! The walls, cieling all had stains. The carpet had dirt, was clearly not vacuum. The toilet.... spend your money elsewhere. Absolutely not worth it.

The first red flag should have been the receptionist hanging up on me twice when I called a couple weeks before with a question. When you get there, please be aware that there is a $50 deposit fee for...something? They were not clear and did not give me any clarification. As it was super late and we just needed to get in the room with sleeping kids so I didn't dispute it. (funds haven't been released yet) Speaking of sleeping kids, that was fun getting to our second floor with NO ELEVATOR. Yeah, this place doesn't have an elevator so be aware of that if you have physical restrictions or like basic convenience... The stair case, gross. Crumbs on the ground, webs wounds the lights. The room was not much better. Literal dirt in the corners of the bathroom. The community shampoo and conditioner bottles were basically empty so only one of us was able to wash our hair with it. Water didn't drain well so that was pretty gross too. The bed? Felt like sleeping on a rock with a sheet over it. I've slept of discount mattresses before with more cushioning. Breakfast, no good. The milk for the cereal was off and the pour spout was curdled--I don't think it had ever been cleaned. Powdered eggs and sausage were definitely leftover from days before. The safest thing available were the cereal options or pre-packed muffins. All in all, could not recommend less. I'd give a negative if that was an option. Put $10 more bucks down for a better place. You'll have $50 lost with this one anyways...

Just a passing thru night. Needed inexpensive night. In that aspect it fit but the price did not reflect comforts that should be standard. But for $140; the room’s sink & shower were clogged. The towel rack was loose. The sink was cracked. The toilet seat was loose The 2nd shower head broken off dangling. The mattress was well used with indents. Attention to maintenance is needed.
