Hotel La Palma

"Das Hotel ist gepflegt und die Lage am See wunderbar. Der günstigere, im hinteren Bereich liegende Annex, empfand ich als stilvoll. Unser Zimmer dort war gut eingerichtet und zwar nicht gross, aber da wir das bei der Buchung wussten, so erwartet.
Die Mitarbeitenden, v.A. an der Rezeption und während des Frühstücks, waren sehr professionell, hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Meine Mitreisende erkrankte und musste das Bett hüten. In dieser Situation kamen uns die Mitarbeitenden alle sehr entgegen und halfen grosszügig. Sehr herzlichen Dank dafür!
Auch der kleine Wellness-Bereich hat mir gut gefallen.
Leider kennen manche Gäste einfache Hygieneregeln nicht, wie sich in der Sauna auf ein Handtuch setzen oder nach dem Saunagang duschen. In der Sauna auf dem einen Film mit Ton ansehen? Nicht ok.
Einfache und freundlich formulierte Erklärungen, z.B. am Eingang aufgehängt, wären evtl. hilfreich oder Personal.
Eine Drohne, direkt, mit ca. 50 cm Abstand, vor dem wunderbaren Panoramafenster des SPA-Ruheraums hin- u. her flog und dort einige Zeit verweilte, empfand ich als sehr unangenehm. Für den Drohnenflug kann das Hotel nichts, ich verstehe das, es war jedoch sehr verstörend. Erst, als ich die Drohne "gegen"filmte und Fotos machte, wurde sie weggesteuert.
Stimmt, ich habe mein Mobiltelefon auch mit in den SPA gebracht, was ja in einem SPA an sich nicht erwünscht sein sollte. Dies nur, um für meine erkrankte Reisepartnerin erreichbar zu sein und nicht, um Videos o.Ä. anzusehen."
