Wir hatten ein Heizungsproblem, was hervorragend vor Ort von der Agentur geklärt wurde. Die Wohnung ist schön, allerdings ohne Aufzug (42 Stufen) beschwerlich für Ältere. Die Sitzmöbel aber sind ein Katastrope

Die Lage der Wohnung ist Perfekt. Es ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Fahrrad-Abstellmöglichkeiten gibt es auch. Kleinere Mängel wurden sofort behoben.

Zimmer sind super Zentral gelegen und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Nur als Familie mit 4 Koffern und ggf noch anderen Sachen in die 2 Etage sehr mühsam. Aber beim Empfang wurde auch direkt Hilfe angeboten. Preis Leistung stimmt hier, auch sehr gut geschlafen. Daher die Betten sind auch sehr gut. Und man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen.
