Wanted a room with a separate bedroom and there wasnt a door.. wasnt anything like we thought we were getting.. was a lot smaller room. The fridge freezer door is broke and fell once we opened the door. The pull out couch mattress was dirty and no sheet to put over it. The pool was not in good shape.. the water was murky and the smell was awful.. we all have soar throats from it.. the chlorine was so so so strong. They should have ceiling fans and better ventilation in there. Not worth the $200 spent and not even for a full days stay either.

Beautiful facility! Clean, friendly staff, quiet atmosphere, large room with a comfortable bed, good selection at breakfast with clean tables at which to eat. We will be back! My only suggestion would be to install a taller toilet and additional grab bars in your handicapped accessible bathroom.

Start with the good. The staff is amazing, the property has everything right on sight for you, and it’s a cool place. The restaurant is good, the rooms are huge, and place is clean. The bad. The place needs updates and repairs. The elevator has panels that are broken and you can see other parts of the resort that is just old and needs replaced or fixed. The bed was awful! Super 8 style bed at best.

Up your breakfast game and staff choices

Room was clean and the pool and hot tub was great. Overnight front desk help was incredibly rude. Stopped my bf 2 times coming to the room to "see if he knew where he was going" was very impolite both times. Breakfast was terrible. Super unimpressed with it being such a big hotel in Norfolk.

I liked everything about this motel except the continental breakfast. It was terrible!!!! and the service there was less than stellar!!! Was not much to select from and was not kept supplied with what there was and what there was to choose from was not very desirable. Was sick for 2 days after eating that breakfast. We ate at the restaurant/bar the night before and it was very good.
