We love that all the rooms are suites. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Can't beat the view! We would suggest, though, that there be instructions on operating the fireplace and the heat, as it's not straightforward. We've already booked for Christmas.

Room didn't have any heat, neither the baseboards or the fireplace worked. They gave us a small space heater for the night. The room got to 64 degrees by the time we left at 8:30 am. Would have at least liked to have gotten a thank you for the inconvenience or a reduction in room price.

Had a little bit of an issue with the noisy fan on the fireplace not turning off the whole night. Large rooms newly renovated. Some more attention to the little details (specifically cleaning) would go a long way in making this a 5. Did not take advantage of the free breakfast in the morning and left early so can't really comment on that. However they did have good options and the delivery to the room was a nice feature.
