Excellent property within walking distance of park circle downtown restaurants and the Park Circle Playground. We stayed with 3 kids and grandparents and really enjoyed the place. It was perfect for our situation and even had a small fenced in section that helped us with our one child who has a hard time staying entertained as he is on the spectrum.
Everytbing is so expensive these days, you really have to check your finances with a fine tooth comb. This property is very well priced. It's in a nice, quiet area that is walking distance to Park Circle. There are other nearby business and it's about a 15 minute drive to downtown Charleston. It is an older home with a very unique layout that could use some upgrades, but everything appears to be solid. The back half of the home near the laundry room does get a little warmer than the rest of the house, and the wifi signal is weak in that area as well. If you're looking for a budget vacation rental home that has everything you need but doesn't have all of the fancy glamour, this place is for you! I would definitely stay here again.
Property manager was prompt, responsive and friendly. House is as advertised. Older bones so some light switches can be a crap shoot as well as limited outlets around the house in the bedroom. Wish there was a little more light in the house. However, the neighborhood was quiet, and the house was spacious with good amenities. Hot water was plentiful. Beds were comfortable. Overall a good place to stay with a layout that doesn't make you feel cramped. Close enough to downtown and other surrounding areas that offer lots of dining options/attractions.
Loved our stay. Very spacious home. Plenty of room for our 2 families. The beds were very comfy and the location was convenient to all of the activities we had planned during our stay.
This was a great place to stay! Updated and clean (some small things could use repair but nothing that bothered us.) we felt safe and comfortable. Beds were great in each room! We would stay here again should we return to Charleston!
