Loved the breakfast menu and the very friendly staff. Parking was excellent and safe. It was very quiet so slept well. If I had any complaint it was the TV spectrum snafu. Not being able to select the channels I wanted to watch and instead having to go through 50 channels with the channel button on the remote was very disappointing and annoying. I know it was a Spectrum thing but still disappointing.

We enjoy our annual stay at the GGI. This year was a biy dissapointing in that the room was not properly cleaned. First, no toilet paper. Second, side table covered in duet. Thjrd, leftocer drink in fridge.

Check-in was a catastrophe, believed that checked us and kept zoning in and out couldn’t remember the question she had asked, never programmed our keys had to come back and get them programmed. It was more than a 45 minute process. Our room was filthy. The floors had not been cleaned. There was dead bugs all over the roof of the shower. I have stayed at this location multiple times and it is the worst. I’ve seen it.

Friendly staff. Really nice big room although older. Being older the lighting in it was horrible okay when we left the drapes open but once it got dark hard to see and felt a little dismal. The pool and hot tub were very good and the breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect right by a lot of things ( attractions restaurants stores)
