Hotel is on the older side. Looks like it needs some updates and cleaning, painting, and carpet updates. Carpet instair wells quite dirty and torn up. Appeared that the hotel was starting some of that with construction material in the parking lot. Whole first floor smelled of weed. Rooms were clean but just need a freshing up.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. Undergoing a renovation so will be even better than when I stayed there. Would definitely stay there again. Very conveniently located. I didn’t eat their breakfast so I can’t rate it.

This was NOT a Quality Inn. It was privately owned. The room was dirty. There was no heat and we were there when the temperature went to 35 at night. The bsck building where our room was had no locks in rhe entry door. Anyone could go in and out. The carpet in our room was torn and worn. Tiles in rhe bathroom were broken and dirty. This was the worst place ever. Do NOT stay here

The breakfast was put out in small batches. And you have to let someone know they were out. They don’t have someone paying attention to the breakfast area. Even the hot water for tea was cold. Overall it’s a good place to stay

It's an older hotel and smells like the 80's.... I got Dejavu walking down the hall. No elevators, but the clerk offers to bring your bags up stairs for you.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect for going sightseeing and the Quality Inn staff is very good and helpful. The parking is great and we do feel safe. We would highly recommend this Quality Inn in North Conway NH.
