Private home with large parking area for 4 cars for your guests to arrive. Minutes to downtown and Fort Myers Beach , Captiva and Sanibel. Great local restaurants , Outdoor seating on lanai, dine alfresco or sunbath on the loungers.

Our month in Cape Coral was fantastic. The location of this property is perfect for heading to the beach, going to Pine Island or shopping. Everything was clean and up to date. Any problems were quickly addressed by the owner.

Beach wedding

My bride and I were having a small beach wedding. Her & relatives stayed w/ family. While I rented this property, just around the corner, for myself & a few of our friends. We spent most of our stay out & about. But it was a nice place to come "home" to each day. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and the pool was cool and refreshing. I would rent it again if we ever need more beds while visiting family down here again
