We encountered a problem right after check-in. As soon as we got to our room, we were confronted with the smell of cigarette smoke in our room, despite the fact that the hotel is “100% smoke-free.” The young lady at reception was kind enough to promptly get us a different room.

We would stay again!

Our room was spotless and very comfortable! The sheets and bedding were sparkling white and a very good grade!The bed was very comfortable. The pool was cool but still comfortable to swim in. The pool area was clean and in order. There where plenty of towels available. The included breakfast was very nice, waffles were available but we didn’t eat them.

I thought I made the reservation for the Clarion chain. Still not sure what this was. The website said no pets, but there were pets. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and wet dog. For some reason we were given a handicap room. The lobby was nice and the front desk people were nice. We were just staying overnight so in and out, but I had to breathe with my mouth open.
