"Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr sehr unpersönlich. Kein Blickkontakt, kein Lächeln, kein freundliches Wort.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein und die Einrichtung abgewohnt, die Klimaanlage und der Haarfön waren defekt. In dem Zimmer war es sehr sehr kalt und man konnte wegen der kaputten Klimaanlage nicht heizen. In diesem eiskalten Zimmer konnten wir nicht bleiben bzw.. übernachten. Deshalb haben wir reklamiert. Der Herr an der Rezeption hat seinen Manager angerufen, welcher uns ausrichten ließ, dass er uns den Zimmerpreis wieder zurückerstatten will und wir das Geld innerhalb von 3 Tagen erhalten werden. Keine Entschuldigung ect. Daraufhin haben wir uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Die Rückerstattung haben wir leider nicht erhalten. wir können diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
