Having an ocean view for both rooms was great. We didn't have to all crowd onto one balcony.My boys loved the lazy river (and the bar nearby!)

Beautiful room with a beautiful view

I loved that there were two balconies. One off of each bedroom as well as access to the main one through the living room. The ocean view was really fantastic whether you were looking at it from the oceanfront balcony or the ocean view balcony from the second bedroom. The condo was quaint And beautifully decorated. Additionally, it came with some toiletries and plenty of towels. Also, check in was very easy.We were very pleased with our accommodations and would absolutely stay in this condo again.

Good Experience

Good: The amenities in the room and at the resort (including the kid activities), the view, the staff, the overall experience. Improvement: Pool lounge chairs could use a good cleaning (black streak marks on them). Trash pickup between the pool and the beach (walkways and grassy area). Checkout was rushed as housekeeping was pacing at the door at 9:30 AM. Overall: I would recommend and return!

Great place! Would stay again!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay!! We would go back in a heartbeat and stay here! The only negative was the loudness of the people on the beach late at night. That being said, the kids did not hear it in their room, and we were so thankful to be close to the beach so our older kids could go down and we could watch them from the balcony!!

We had a great time and this condo was perfect for the 3 of us. Facing the beach and easy access to the beach. Very clean. Washer and dryer was a nice extra. Well furnished. Beds weee comfortable. Highly recommend.

4th of July Stay

We loved our unit. It had the perfect amount of space and was a corner unit located in the North tower on the 10th floor. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Both bedrooms had balconies too. All the pools are super close and on really hot days, it's worth it to take a little cruise on the indoor lazy river. While it doesn't look like much, it was perfect for an afternoon break from the sun! The walk to the beach isn't far and the water was perfect in early July! Great location for the 4th of July too, close to Barefoot Landing and their fireworks and evening concerts. Looking forward to our next trip!

Super relaxing

The condo was beautiful with views from all rooms. Both bedrooms had balconies. No building right next door meant good views from both. Very beachy vibes and very clean. Enjoyed the pools, hot tubs and lazy river but mostly just being able to walk right out on the beach. We did buy a fan to help us sleep. No ceiling fans in rooms. Very fast elevators. This has been a problem at other places in the past. The cafe had good food and Barefoot Landing was right down the road with lots of food and shopping.

Smoking on balconies ruin the fresh air

If not for so much smoking on the balconies, we would have given the room and Baywatch five stars. We stayed in mid-October. Wonderful weather kept us on the beach or on our balconies (our room had two) or enjoying our doors opened. Whenever one of us would set down to relax and enjoy the fresh air— cigarette smoke and plenty of it would waft into our rooms!!! I would highly recommend Baywatch during off season but we would NEVER book during the summer. It was so busy in October and considering smokers I wouldn’t want to guess what its like during summer months. The good things are: security seems in place, room was clean and beds were very comfortable with very fresh linens. All appliances worked. Only room negative was our shower heads. They were huge double heads but with major flow restriction device in place. My daughter and i had difficulty getting our hair washed and rinsed with such a pitiful flow of water.

Good and Bad

The Good: - The exterior of all three towers is attractive - Landscaping is attractive - Plenty of pools, jacuzzis and indoor lazy rivers - The main building has a small restaurant and breakfast was good. - Our building had 3 elevators and they all worked - Our room was no smoking. - Our HVAC worked good. - Our building had a small workout gym - Our room had two balcony decks with an ocean view The Bad: - We stayed in Tower 1 and realized it was approximately 100+ yards walk to the parking building. That might be a problem for some? I imagine it would be pretty lousy when raining or extremely hot. - The parking building spots are very small and no room to pass another vehicle in turns. Thankfully our car didn't get any dings. - I only counted 15 handicap parking spots (if you need one) and the spaces are very small making it nearly impossible to open your door and not hit another vehicle. I would think it would be very difficult for a handicap person to even get out of a vehicle? - Our room didn't have a kuerig coffee pot. - We were unable to find a luggage cart available when arriving or when leaving. The front desk said people keep them in their rooms...so my question is why do they allow this? We had to make multiple trips carrying everything in and out. Not the best situation when it's raining or extremely hot. - When you arrive at your room the first thing you see is a dirty front door and our room could use some updates. Our appliances were very old but I assume they worked. We only used the refrigerator. - There was something brown on the tile floor between bathroon and kitchen, which we cleaned up and disinfected on arrival. Obviously not the way we wanted to check in. - The toilets are the smallest I've ever seen. I didn't know they made them that small. That might be a problem for a larger person? - The balcony deck is very small and even a thin person will struggle to squeeze by if someone is sitting in a chair. We had to move one chair multiple times just to be able to open the sliding glass door.

It was perfect! There was plenty of space, the room was clean and well stocked, it had amazing views! The pools and hot tubs are great! The staff is friendly! I would definitely recommend! We keep coming back year after year! The only complaint I have is that there was no staff elevator during turnover time at check out and the elevators got a little busy and backed up

Great stay. Bad communication from property management

Stay was great. I emailed month prior to going and no return email. Called customer service and they had no clue I even emailed. I’ve used Vrbo several times and never had this problem with property owner. But overall wonderful vacation site. Customer service gets better might stay again.

Beautiful Bedroom Views

The room was awesome. Kitchen well stocked, comfortable furniture. However, the best thing for me was the bedroom view, even at night! Amazing!!! The second bedroom also had a small balcony, which had a lovely view. Needless to say it was very difficult leaving!
