I didn’t have any communication with property manager.. so why required to give stars?Bay Watch Clean! Friendly staff! Our unit was Clean however we had roaches which totally creeped us out! They did come spray same day but for 2 days later still saw them..

Wonderful!

Loved this condo! So beautiful inside, loved the soft closure cabinets, drawers, and even the fridge! Had a problem with the dishwasher overflowing, but maintenace came right away and unstopped it! It worked great after that! Would recommend it as a short or long term stay!

End of season getaway

I understand it was near the end of the season, but there were a couple of issues which needed to be addressed. Common areas were worn and the front door showed wear from banging of carts, or just flaking paint. There were also stains on the balcony. That said, the unit itself was pretty clean. Just a little "something" on the kitchen counter, but otherwise, spotless. Some corrosion on the shower curtain rod. The view was spectacular! And the staff was responsive to our needs.

Refreshing

This was a must needed vacation. The place looked just like the photos. There was a couple of issues and they were fixed right away. Communication with the property management was simple. All I had to do was text them and they got back right away and didn’t have to stay in the phone and interrupt my vacation. I will definitely consider using this condo on my next bay if it’s available.

Myrtle Beach Vacation

Very impressed with property. Perfection location. Friendly staff and easy check-in with clear instructions. Good parking facilities. Ocean front view condo very well laid out. Well maintained and clean. A few more initial supplies could have been provided but grocery store located close by. Enjoyed our first visit to Myrtle Beach and stay at Bay Watch very much. Great place to stay with everything you need and a great view’

We stayed for two weeks and loved it. Pools and festivities were fun. Ice cream in the gift shop, breakfast at the restaurant, dvd rental in the lobby. I was actually very surprised and pleased with the ongoing upkeep of the condo. We were even able to bring our little dog. I would highly recommend this place!

Clean Perfect Oceanfront

Was absolutely thrilled with this oceanfront property. My sister and I loved it. It was clean, beautifully decorated, oceanfront with all the amenities and I loved the jet spa tub and shower was great too!! Will definitely stay here again!!!

The condo was very nice and clean. We were very happy with it except for two things. 1) There were no kitchen towels so I purchased some for the week and brought them home with me.; and 2), on the second day when I washed our breakfast dishes, the water was very slow in the kitchen sink so I turned on the garbage disposal and it didn't work. After the water drained, I put my hand into the disposal and it was half full with small hard seashells, egg shells and food. I cleaned them out because of the smell. This was really not a huge problem for us because we ate most of our meals out. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Thank you.

Quick Overnight for a Show

I was semi concerned because of some of the reviews that I read. Plus, it was a “lower” floor and I wanted a relaxing ocean view. So glad that I went ahead and booked this property! The resort had cafe and grill/bar food options~ and the food was GREAT from the Sandtrap! (Just what we needed prior to leaving for our show) We had a tender basket and a burger basket. Check in was quick and informative (info about the resort) The condo was beautifully decorated and contemporary~ the color theme was definitely my style. (Felt Home-y, to me) The temp was nice and cool when we got there. (Central thermostat) There were lots of “lighting” options throughout the condo. (I love to adjust lighting based on time of day and mood). LOVED the dimmable light over the dining room table. The 4th floor was high enough to avoid any distractions of the pools/hot tubs on the property~ offering a fabulous view of the ocean. There is a small “building protrusion” of the building to the right on the balcony (which you can see in the photos), that I feel slightly impacted air circulation on the balcony~ but it was nice, windy day for us, so no issue there. It also was not so high that it made me woozy or nauseous, which has become an issue for me~ since I’ve gotten “middle-aged”
 lol! The shower was TO DIE FOR! The water pressure was FABULOUS and is sure to help rinse chlorine/salt water out of any hair type/thickness. I would offer the thought to add additional “no skid” to the bottom of the tub. It’s a wide ledge to step over into the unit and I was fearful that my “in” leg may slip as I got in and out. I can guess that would be harder to keep clean, but it may save an injury. The fridge and freezer were nice and cold. The bed was “ok” as far as comfort, but I’m accustomed to sleeping on a very high end mattress at home~ so nearly any mattress had a hard time beating that or meeting my “home” standard. I saw several reviews about the couch being “uncomfortable”
 Well, it’s a sleeper couch and it did creak when you sat on it~ so I was certain it was a sleeper sofa~ but, not uncomfortable for time periods we sat on it. Yes, the floors are hard tile and cool to your feet. But, that’s also in the photos and preferred over stinky carpet, by me— ANY DAY! It was a great stay. I will book this condo again! Once we got there, we really dreaded that we were only there for a quick over-night! (Could’ve stayed way longer)

Perfect Location

The condo is very nice, a little outdated on the sofa and chair but overall-very functional and great location.The ocean front view is perfect and the staff and front desk are kind and helpful. I was also able to work remotely with no issues. I would definitely recommend this condo.
