Our stay had two parts - the actual location and the service.
The pictures of the amenities were clearly taken a decade ago, and everything could use a spruce up. The condo itself was in decent shape, although the jetted tubs had clearly seen better days. Nothing major, though.
The parking permits, pool bracelets, Attraction tickets, and DVD rental card are all in the welcome packet, which we never received. We called customer service for Vacasa about 4 times in total. Each time, we were told the local team would reach out ASAP. We still haven't heard from them.
We parked at the closest spot where we wouldn't risk getting towed, which was a 15 minute walk from the building. We couldn't go to the pool or hot tub or rent a movie, so we changed our plans.
Now I'm waiting on a call for a refund.
I won't likely use Vacasa again.
