Amenities are always great. We love the access to all of the different pools and hot tubs both inside and out! The availability of food and drinks by the pool is also nice.

The place was pretty good over all, view from your balcony was great, Guest Service was pleasant, rooms were okay, liked the fact I had a kitchen and can make my meals instead of eating out, wifi was pretty good. If you ask me if I would go again, yes I would.

We enjoyed the property. It was a perfect size for two, but with the Murphy bed you could easily add another person. Loved the easy access to parking!

The view from the balcony was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and we loved all the pools and hot tubs. Any problems we had in the condo were promptly addressed by the maintenance staff.

Girls trip

Me and another one of my girlfriends went down for a girls trip. This property was great as it had plenty of amenities and was an easy walk to the beach. Our room was clean and we had one complaint, but it was taken care of very promptly. We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely stay here again.

We loved the view of the ocean. The bedroom seems kind of small. The kitchen was good. The bathroom was nice. The sofa was not comfortable. The front door stuck every time getting in and out.

Great views

The views from the 9th floor were beautiful! Unit smelled a little stuffy from humidity but once the air was on and we were in and out it aired out. We only had three bath towels for four people but didn't ask for more because two of us brought extra towels. The quality of the toilet paper wasn't great (and they only gave us one extra roll) so bring your own. Otherwise overall it was a decent place to stay for a few nights for our girls' trip!

The place could have been cleaner and the check-in process was not the best. Our room was not ready at check-in time and we had a lot of trouble with the access code. Getting into the place was very very frustrating. Once we were in the place is comfortable but wasn't the cleanest, which may be because of room not being ready and not being able to take the time to properly clean the place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and all of the pool and amenities that Bay Watch has to offer.

I definitely would not stay here again. The property is mediocre at best. It is SEVERELY outdated and uncared for. There was rust in the bedroom around the windows, in the kitchen on the fridge and stove, and in the bathroom on the shower rod. The ONLY thing good is access to the beach. That is all! My family paid way to much for this stay
. Def wasn’t worth it.

Terrible room

This condo needs major renovations. When we arrived it had such a strong smell inside of some cleaning agent. It was awful. I don’t know what they used but it lingered until we left the next day to go to another unit we had booked. Very disappointed. Will not be returning

No what we expected

We have stayed here many times but this is the first time we have been somewhat disappointed. The room was clean but definitely could use some TLC as it was outdated. We had to wait out in the cold for an hour with my handicap mother because the code wouldn’t work to get in the room. No one came up to fix it until my husband went down to see what was going on after going back on forth on the phone with staff. Could definitely work on the friendliness of staff. Other than that the overall stay in the room was good.

We had a good time

We liked our unit, perfect size for 2. View was amazing, the beds were comfortable, we slept well.. Furniture was also comfortable. The food at restaraunts was very good, servers were accommodating. We did not use the pools, the beach was amazing. My one issue, was the cleanliness of the unit. There were dirty hand marks on all the doors, especially the bathroom.. They were clearly not sanitized. I cleaned them myself, which made our stay more comfortable.. There is a spill on the woodwork in the bedroom,, behind the door.. shouldn't be missed by housekeeping. I wish there was a broom to sweep up sand, I would normally clean up before we leave. We are used to renting units with everything needed, we did leave the next renters coffee filters. We cooked one morning, steam caused the smoke detector to go off, we didn't cook again. Which was fine, we were on vacation. We look forward to a return, next time with friends.

Not Everything We Needed

The room was clean, the beds and seating were comfortable, and the view was great. The couch and rug were stained, and the door knobs on the closets were dingy. There was a dishwasher, but there wasn't any soap for it. There was dish washing liquid for hand washing, but there wasn't a dish cloth, only a dish towel. There weren't enough towels, and we had a hard time getting in touch with anyone to get more. The parking deck is across the street from the hotel. There weren't any available luggage carts, so we had to carry all our luggage and stuff through the parking deck, across the street, and up to our room. Even with a luggage cart, you have to go out of your way to get across the street to the hotel because they don't have ramps to get across the median. There are loading/unloading parking spaces close to the hotel, but they were all full when we got there and when we were leaving. There are some handicap parking spaces close to the hotel as well.

the Property was Great!!! the room on the other hand was not to good ... the shower head did not work the remote in the bedroom did not work had to go buy a frying pan could not make Breakfast for my Grandson and all of us ... I opened the door under the sink where they kept the pots and kitchen untseals ... the garbage disposal had been leaking for at least a few months and MOLD was growing around the lip of the ring of the despisal and the flooring of the cabinet was slick , Stunk And Black Mold growing The reason I did not let the maintenance come in is because I do not want a strange person in our room with us or my grandbaby.... This should have been addressed along time ago if someone had stayed there before us should have smelled the Stinch went threw a whole can Of lysol that I had to go buy as well .... Not happy had to put all untinsels and pots in the the dish washer 3 times to get the smell off of them , I do belive I should at least my cleaning service back I have pictures of all this mess if you would like to see them I will be waiting to hear from you not Worth the Hard earn Money we had Saved to take or Granson to his First beach Trip !!!!!!

Loved the view. Only thing missing in condo was necessary to have access to was a cutting board and scissors. The floors were very dirty, but otherwise good.
