The unit was spacious but we are a little spoiled with the wonderful homes in Florida. It should definitely be updated, the furniture, fridge that don't work properly, glass shower door missing, jacuzzi tub doesn't work, and an old smell when you first enter. The check in was easy and convenient, host replied in a timely manner, beach view a little disappointing, had to look through a parking garage. We were only there for 3 days so it was ok, if we were there longer I would have been a little more disappointed.

Sweet Memories

Overall we had a wonderful stay! We made a lot of memories. The walk to the beach was short and easy, especially with children. Access to the room was convenient. The space was great, with plenty of room for everyone. The owner was extremely communicative and fixed any issues we had (such as the dryer not working properly). Would have liked to have had the room a little cleaner with the baseboards and bed frames not so dusty, as well as inside the cabinets. Everything else appeared nice and clean. I would stay here again if we need a place this size in the future.

Best mini-vacation ever!

This condo was perfect for our group of 16. Plenty of kitchen supplies and in the perfect location. Loved having 2 coffee pots and refrigerators. Mom uses a wheelchair and was able to get to the pool and hot tub. Plan on making this an annual tradition.

Nice Family Time

Although I put just four stars for cleanliness, it was really because the state of repair of inside the premises. We found that the air conditioning vents in the ceiling dripped condensation and were needing repair around the vents. The, light in one of the refrigerators was burned out. The water pressure was good but the showerheads were awful in terms of providing adequate strength for bathing. We really didn’t feel like the kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils…frying pans need replacing, no measuring cups, no wine glasses. Kitchen Cabinet surfaces need repairing. The online description stated it was recently updated…not sure about that. We appreciated our time there and would return. We forgot to turn the dishwasher on when we left….sorry 😀.

Wonderful Location—Perfect Beach Condo for Families!

Great location for our group of 11, ranging from 9-83 years old! Large, beautifully decorated, a fully-stocked kitchen with plenty of pots/pans/dinnerware, comfortable living room furniture, two oversized dining room tables (big enough to accommodate all of us!), tvs with cable in all the bedrooms, and the bonus of some beach chairs! Comfortable beds, cute decor, and the proximity to the beach make this an ideal location for your trip to Cherry Grove! It was so helpful to receive a list of the rules and expectations 3 days before we even arrived…there were no questions about what we needed to do as guests. And the property manager was extremely responsive to all of our questions! The unit needs a little updating of paint & some minor fixing, but that’s to be expected with a high traffic unit during the summer months. We would definitely stay there again!

A beach property with beach furnishings. A code was given to another individual to obtain some parking passes in the unit without prior notification. We had already checked in and our belongings were already in the unit so it was a bit uncomfortable seeing someone else in our unit without any prior notification. We are a group of retired law enforcement officers so it was a bit tense for a few moments.

Golf vacation

It's your basic beach rental. Decent enough for a bunch of guys needing a place to hang out after a round of golf for beers and to watch sports and rest......but it could use some updating. The property manager was fantastic in responding to my request and keeping me up to date on status and answering questions about the property.

Great family spot

Owners were great communicators and easy to work with. We experienced a minor problem during our stay and they sent maintenance to fix the issue immediately. Large home with plenty of sleeping space for our extended family vacation. Convient location. Great value for price! I would bring extra hangers or a drying rack because the dryer is SLOW!!

Great accommodations for a group

Great location across the street from the beach! Appreciated the shower in the parking garage to wash the sand off, the laundry facilities, and the well-stocked (with utensils) kitchen and the 2 fridges. Plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and eating, good sized rooms with dressers and floor space. The unit is a bit worn, and there were some minor maintenance issues (loose faucets, a broken bed frame), but the one we called about was answered promptly. Communication before arriving was good as well.

We had a great time! 2 refrigerators was a big help. Had most everything we needed in kitchen. Short easy walk to beach. Nice pool. Would recommended bringing your own towels- esp hand towels and bath mats.

Great location & size - needs some maintenance

Upon arrival there was only one parking pass left for us. Felt like I was accused of lying about this. Why would I lie? Received extra passes next morning, received a warning on my car. Glad it wasn’t towed! The code we received for the door was wrong and the keys were very difficult to use. Fortunately when we got the extra parking passes we got the correct door code. The location & size of the condo was great for our group. Easy access to beach & enough rooms for privacy. Pool area & hot tub area were nice. Unfortunately the shower door upstairs didn’t close well so there was dripping water on the refrigerator (bowl) whenever that shower was used, several of the beds were creaky, water damage visible in several areas of the ceiling. Upstairs master bed was lumpy, sheets & towels were adequate. With a minor investment it could be a very nice place to stay.

Great stay especially for a large group

I stayed at this property for 7 days. The owner had great communication throughout the entire process before arriving to the property. Once we arrived the place has a very nice layout. Very large and clean. I will say they could use a few updates, but the price makes up for that. Overall this was a great location and Dawn was very great to rent from.

Large unit but needs a little TLC.

Loved the layout and size of the unit. I hate to be negative, but needs some investment into painting and new carpet. Upstairs was cleaned well, but the downstairs was not. One of the downstairs toilets had obviously not been cleaned at all. Kitchen had some minor cleaning issues as well, but was very well stocked. Was a stain on one of the sheets in a downstairs bedroom that made us decide not to use that bed at all so we shuffled some sleeping arrangements. Did text the property manager on Saturday evening, but did not hear back until Monday around noon. She did offer to send someone out, but by that time, we had already did the additional cleaning. No offer of any discount for any inconvenience. With a little TLC and a better cleaning staff, would be a very nice place to stay.
