To say we were impressed is an understatement! From the ease of booking, checking in and our actual stay it was truly memorable for our whole family. The condo itself was clean, cozy and comfortable. We spent our time between the beach and pool and it was easy to access both places and getting back to the condo for a quick bite to eat. With two kids, I was a bit hesitant about the condo being on the third floor but everyone navigated with ease. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely add this place to our list to come back to!

We loved this place!

Stones throw from the beach, we loved this place! The little things matter, from the thoughtfulness of beach chairs, to the umbrellas, shampoo and popsicles, wow. Extremely responsive and kind host. Immaculate and comfy place. We highly recommend!

Lovely 3rd Floor Walkup Condo!

The unit is great, the owner, Kem, was responsive and helpful, it’s convenient and quiet! My only advisement is the 3rd floor walkup part- if you have issues with knees, back or hips, the stairs are no joke- especially with luggage and groceries! We definitely had ice cream after navigating them 8 times in one day but it was a challenge for us personally! The unit is great!!! Cherry Grove will always be my fave beach!

Awesome Condo in Cherry Grove!

My family loved this condo Wonderful, ocean front location, updated and VERY well stocked kitchen The owners are so thoughtful in leaving welcome baskets with toiletries, sunblock, lotions and such! What a sweet surprise. Did I mention how COMFY the beds were? Best sleep I've had in a LONG time. Kem and Tracy were super - very easy to work with and responded to questions IMMEDIATELY. Check in and check out was a BREEZE. I would definitely recommend this condo for too many reasons to list! Thank you for allowing us to rent your wonderful condo! Cassi S., August 2024

Great family getaway spot

Great updated property with lots of amenities. Host was helpful and communicated well about our arrival. Beach seconds away and the kids loved the pool and being able to go between both easily. Stairs were not as bad as we feared, got used to it after a few days. Hosts thought of everything, beach chairs, towels, sand toys, etc. Area is lovely, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas but accessible enough, the drive was not bad at all. Great local restaurants with very friendly staff. If you're on the fence, book it. You won't be disappointed.

Great condo for a family with young kids!

This was a great place for our family of four to stay at. We traveled with our 3 and 5 year old and there were plenty of toys at the condo for them to play with! The condo as a whole had just about all the little extras you could need or think of. It was very clean and up to date. The owner is great about communicating back with you if there are any issues or questions and is very friendly! Lastly, the three flights of stairs aren’t terrible (especially if you look at it as exercise)
.the humidity and heat is really what makes the stairs hard.

Beautiful home, amazing host!

Best girls weekend ! Perfect location, steps to the beach. The stairs are a small price to pay for such a beautiful, clean condo with so many “extras”. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Book it!

Gorgeous condo!

This condo was absolutely immaculate. Beautiful decor with a perfect set up for families. Literally steps from the beach and in a safe area for kids to go back and forth. The owner reached out to us when needed and was very helpful with any questions we had. It felt like we were staying at a family member’s place. There is no elevator and the room was on the 3rd floor so be prepared to climb stairs with your luggage, but it wasn’t bad at all and we constantly it extra calories burned for all the great food we ate. 😊. Highly recommend thus place! Cleanest and prettiest place we have ever stayed at the beach!!

Holiday Cheer and Stay

Overall the place was very practical and beautiful. It was plenty of room for my daughter, my friend and I. Very clean and they supplied all we would need to have fun at the beach. I wish we were staying longer so that we had time to really use and relax. We had family one block from us, so we were over there a lot. Will definitely recommend and would like to stay again at a later date!

This was our second stay but different condo. Everything was clean and fully stocked and so convenient to the beach! Owner was easy to reach when needed and very friendly! Definitely recommend her condos both of them to everyone and will stay again!

Clean & Cozy

The listing accurately described our stay. The unit is very comfortable, with TVs in each room and nice appliances. Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods for use. Washer/Dryer combo. A very nice added touch was the beach chairs and beach towels. This is a third-floor unit but getting to the beach was less than a 3-minute walk. The Cherry Grove point is only .05 miles and makes for a nice walk each morning. Kem was very responsive to my text and was kind to share additional phone numbers if I could not get in touch. I liked the checkout process. Super easy. I would stay here again!

North Myrtle beach mini vacation.

I stayed here for 5 days with my daughter’s family. It was perfect for their 4 and 6 year old. The 4 year old loved the pool and the 6 year old loved the beach which is located right past the pool. The property was immaculate and tastefully decorated. The owners have plenty of toys available for the children. It was a perfect place and conveniently located to restaurants and stores.
