the check in with the host was a nightmare they did not do what they said they would do i am 63 and these were the worst folks i have ever tried to get a room fromthe property was in a good location but was dated stove and dishwasher were older models the toilet was really low and hard to get off of the tub was an older jacuzzi type hard to step in and out of would not rent from this company again they acted shady

Very clear & quick communication with the host Julie. She definitely made booking my first solo trip very smooth & no worries. The room was clean, great view of pool/beach. The restaurant was making for breakfast & lunch so you don’t have to leave. We enjoyed the hot tub & easy walk to beach. We will definitely book again next year for our anniversary!

Check in was smooth with the condo complex. The room was little which I knew but it was VERY tight as a family of 5. I could not imagine 8 people in there. The pool was super crowded everyday and they never checked our wristbands. The location was nice as we used the stairs and had a public bathroom on our floor since we had only 1 in the condo. The bedding was very uncomfortable. The sheets felt like paper and would suggest bringing pillows for more cushion. Overall, the location was perfect and condo complex had what we needed. Would def rent a larger place for my preteen and teenage boys.

The resort was beautiful, and very helpful. It was a bit too busy for our liking. The condo was clean, but on the small side. The complaint I have is with BigFish Rentals. I counted 27 emails from them from the time I booked the place till now.

A little gem!

Our stay at the resort was truly enjoyable. The property was impeccably clean and offered a fantastic array of amenities, making our time there both comfortable and convenient. Julie was incredibly responsive to all my questions, providing excellent service that added to the positive experience. Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. We were concerned when we read some reviews that stated “it was a bit loud being located across from the ballroom”. I can assure you, we heard nothing the entire length of our stay. While the security measures requiring a driver's license, photo of credit card and photo’s of me initially felt a bit concerning, we encountered no issues. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I'd recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and well-maintained place to visit.

We will be back

We had some issues with Big Fish, the property manager. My wallet was lost and it took several texts, emails, and phone calls on the day of check in to get it straightened out because I had to cancel the credit card I used to book the property and use a different one. Was able to get it worked out. There is no pan or baking sheet so we cooked bacon in the microwave and used a pot to cook eggs. We enjoy cooking breakfast during our vacations. I do have to take a star off for that. We brought our own spices, cooking spray,etc. There were no wrist bands in our room but the front desk gave us some, no problem. You’re on the 2nd floor which is great. My smallest child was napping so I sat on the balcony and watched the rest of my family play in the pool and listened to the DJ. The room is located across the hall from a ballroom but there were no events and we had no issues with noise. The people at the resort were amazing, so so nice and offered us so much help. We walked 2 blocks down to the pavilion several times. It’s an easy walk with a stroller.

You get what you pay for

When we travel, we frequently cook one to two meals a day. We chose this condo for the oven and kitchen. You cannot cook here. There's not even hot pads and the pans are horrible. Also, I don't like all of the threatening emails from the company. "Do this, you will be fined!" "Do that, you will be fined!" The company was very responsive to any questions we had so that helped. Bottom line? We would not stay here again

Awesome Condo, no info about Ballroom within 8-10 steps of hallway door

This Condo unit was impressive, however the position of this unit on 2nd floor next to ballroom means you could have a nice quiet stay, or you could have live music in the hallway until past midnight that’s loud enough that you can’t watch TV in your room. Apparently this should be expected if you stay on a holiday weekend or who knows what other weekends might have activities in the ballroom. 😳 Note, any other floor would not have this issue so it really should be mentioned in their listing. We could have selected a room on another floor if the listing had included this info. Pros are as follows. -High Ceilings -Modern furnishings -Nice View, and spacious condo Cons as follows. -Can’t see sunrise due to angle of window / balcony. -No info about Ballroom 8 steps from condo door -Propery Managers could care less about any concerns. Stay away from Big Fish Rentals. Look them up on Better Business Bureau, long list of complaints from renters in 2023 alone. They will only argue with complaints, no empathy for issues. We’ve stayed at many rentals with VRBO for over 8 years now, and this was the first time we didn’t give a 5-star review.

Fantastic stay! Will come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit on Labor Day weekend. The resort was super fun! Plenty for the kids to enjoy. We saw fireworks and fire luau shows! The unit was clean, stocked well and all the bedding was clean and ready for us to enjoy. Fridge was perfect size for our family. Loved staying on the second floor, was easy in and out. The beach was so nice. Beautiful waves to boogie board, and no jellyfish which my kids loved. I wish we could have stayed longer. Julie the host was super easy to communicate with, even after hours. I’m so pleased! Don’t hesitate to book!!
