The unit was spacious and well equipped. It was on a corner lot and screened lanai overlooked greenery. It should have been much cleaner than it was, but I alerted the owner, who was apologetic, saying there was a new company he was using. I sent him several photos and he graciously refunded the cleaning fee originally charged. Bed was comfy, as was the furniture. Overall, aside from some cleaning needed, it was a good stay

Check in was fine. Kitchen was really nice stove and oven was dirty. Refrigerator was dirty on the inside.Beds were horrible to sleep on pillows absolutely horrible. Couches were wear out made a lot of noise to sat on them.Patio was dirty lot’s of spiders and dead bugs.Owner texted my phone on Sunday now my departure day was on Monday morning before 11am. Owner texted me telling me on Sunday early afternoon. That he had someone coming on Monday to stay. Like you know you’re being Unprofessional texting someone who has paid in full and had a whole day left. I didn’t like I’ll never stay there Again. I made videos didn’t take to many pictures.

Love the Barefoot location

We stayed for a week and found this rental to be very comfortable and suitable to our needs. The storage closet had plenty of beach chairs (some were too rusted and should be disposed of) and a beach umbrella (we did not use to know the condition). We always, heavily, use the outdoor patio locations at our Barefoot rentals and unfortunately this one wasn't as usable as we would have liked; even though it is a screened in outdoor space, the carpet still needs vacuumed, patio slider needs wiped clean, and the furniture dusted/cleaned of caked on dirt and debris. We used it some, but little could go a long way to make this a comfortable location for a morning coffee.

Quiet! Clean! Enjoyable! Easy 1st floor access

Quiet! Laid back easy 1st floor access. Just a few steps to the pool. Parked near front door. Fast and easy to unload. Close and convenient to all shopping and places of interest. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place because of cleanliness, convenience, location, and easy access. Great communications with owner also.

5th family vacation to Myrtle Beach, always stay in barefoot resort area. Had some unpleasant construction and pest control spraying during our stay, no one enjoys that. Pool closing at 8pm was frustrating also when our kids enjoyed swimming during the cooler parts of the day. Will definitely not stay in ironwood again. Turtles in pond behind condo were the best part of the community.

This place had everything you could think of. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, plenty of trash bags, soap, toilet paper. There is even pool and beach supplies. We left two beach chairs for other to enjoy! Great communication with property owner.

Great Place

Our family was in Myrtle Beach for a week long baseball tournament. The host answered all questions and gave recommendations in the area. The unit itself was very homey, all beds were comfortable too! We really enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable away from home!

Enjoyed our stay at this condo!

The condo had all that we needed for an amazing vacation. It was very clean and exactly as pictured. We liked that it is on the 1st floor, has lots of parking, and is very close to the pool, tennis, basketball. It was very easy to communicate with the owner before and during our stay. The Barefoot Landing area has so many great restaurants, golf courses and things to do. We look forward to staying here again.

National softball tournament trip

My daughter and niece played in a national softball tournament last week. The condo was the perfect place for us to stay! Close to the fields, the beach, the fun spots. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach chairs and umbrellas were great for our day at the beach! We absolutely loved the area. We never got to use the pool but the girls loved watching the turtles from the back yard! Thank you for a great experience!

Place was clean and located closely to where we would be spending a lot of time during this golf tournament. Easy access on and off the property to restaurants and other locations such as golf courses. Manager was a fine gentleman to work with concerning anything about your stay.

Great place!

We had a great time. The lanai may be my favorite part of this place, I spent so much time out there! The bed was literally the most comfortable one I have ever slept on. It is located right next to the pool, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts. I didn't visit the larger pool because I'm not exactly sure where it's located.
