Ocean Garden Villas P3 – Oceanfront Beach Vacation Condominium. Our “Home away from home”.

Fully remodeled fall/winter 2021/2022. After 15 years owning our great beach-front condo we decided to perform a full remodel. Removed popcorn ceilings, repainted everything, both bathrooms redone, replaced the drapes with plantation shutters, new ceiling fans and lighting.

All new kitchen cabinets, counters, lighting and stainless appliances.

We replaced the floors, mattresses and furniture in 2019. New water heater in 2020 and a new Heater/AC in 2021.

Comfortably decorated two bedroom/two bathroom ocean-front condo in North Myrtle Beach, SC - just a few short steps to the sand. Complete with your own private balcony with a direct view of the beach and ocean. Our condo was redecorated just a few years ago with new carpet/tile, drapes, furniture, appliances, etc.

Ocean Garden Villas is a very comfortable and clean 3-story condo complex, located along the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. There are miles of beautiful, wide sandy beaches in both directions. The perfect place for a family vacation.

We are located about 2.5 miles north of Barefoot Landing and 9 miles south of Little River, or 11 miles to Calabash, NC. Crescent Beach is about 15 miles north of the city of Myrtle Beach.

Additional Info: Along with the two large bedrooms and bathrooms there is also a newly updated kitchen that looks through the dining area and living room out to the private oceanfront balcony. The living room has a TV with both a VCR and DVD. The condo has central heating and air-conditioning, plus each room also has its own ceiling fan, including the dining area. The unit also has its own washer dryer. We find it so much easier to do your laundry without having to leave the comfort of the condo and no waiting. We also have Wi-Fi at no additional charge.

Our condo provides beautiful views of the ocean and the beach from your own private 3rd floor balcony. For those times when you may want to relax away from the beach, the complex has a great pool and sundeck. Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator in our building.

We want to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We provide all bedroom and bathroom linens in the rental price. You do need your own beach towels though. We also provide departure cleaning in the rental price.

Location Information: A great benefit of Ocean Garden Villas is its close proximity to all the family amusements and attractions that make Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach so popular. From the condo you are just a few short steps away from water sports including banana boat rides and Sea Doo rentals.

Very nice unit inside. The exterior needs a little TLC. It was quite noisy during the week with some remodeling in the units below and maintenance crews etc. Toaster malfunctioned a couple of time that set off fire alarm but was able to get the alarm to reset within seconds of it going off. Very comfortable unit and view is fantastic. Would certainly recommend this unit for a trip to North Myrtle Beach.

Great and quiet place to stay on Crecent Beach

This condo is spectacular with all the new updates and cleanliness! We enjoyed the quiet corner balcony and views of the beach. The owners were very responsive with any needs or questions. There was key access to outside closet with everything we needed to take down to the beach, such as umbrellas, chairs and floatation boards for the water. We highly recommend to stay here.

Perfect CLEAN Beach Getaway

Growing up going to southern Florida during the off season, my family and I were looking for something similar to our Florida vacations. This condo unit in Crescent Beach was perfect. The unit itself was as described in the Vrbo description. There was a well equipped kitchen with all the essentials you could need. The washer and dryer within the unit was great! One thing I did notice was both showers lacked hand rails for anyone needing the extra support while showering. While this was not a necessity for my family, it could be for others. By far the best amenity the condo had to offer was the balcony. While small, we still found ourselves (2 adults and 2 teens) soaking in the views and people watching every chance we could. While this was my families first Vrbo experience as well as first trip to Crescent Beach it won't be our last.

Amazing Stay

The house was clean, the check in process was seamless and you can’t beat the location. We did not need to communicate with property management or the owners because we didn’t have any issues. The house was perfect for our family of three, including a three year old. We would love to stay again next time we are in town.

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and a great location. The 3rd floor corner was really convenient to the beach walkway and had a nice breeze on the porch. The kitchen was very nicely stocked. Perfect for our family trip!

Place is definitely cute and well stocked but…

The place smelled like mold pretty bad. It was clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The beds were not very comfortable and comforters were dirty and wreaked of mold when we arrived. However, They did have a few extra blankets in the closet so we took off the comforters. We had to go buy extra laundry detergent and wash them to use them. Still smelled so we went and bought new blankets from Walmart. When we left there our new blankets picked up the smell. Pros: owners seemed extremely nice and responded to emails promptly. The place was adorable and kitchen was well equipped. We were there during Hurricane Idalia’s aftermath and the place didn’t flood and endured the wind. The owners supplied toilet paper and paper towels to get started and the AC was on when we arrived which was really nice. Washer and dryer in unit was amazing so we could wash blankets and bathing suits. Cons: no elevator for anyone with disabilities but that didn’t affect us. I actually enjoyed getting some extra steps in. Ceiling fan in the room with double beds was really loud. Almost sounded like air freshener being sprayed often: someone else must have noticed before us because there was cardboard or something shoved in the top of it to maybe quiet the noise somewhat? Not sure about why that was there. Overall, Mold smell was the only reason I didn’t enjoy my stay to the fullest. My clothes even picked up the smell so I will have to rewatch when I get home.

Clean and modern

This condo is freshly renovated in a great location. Oceanfront, corner unit, and well equipped. Splurge on oceanfront accommodations - it is worth it! Perfect for a family of four; one bedroom with king and the other with two doubles. Both bedrooms are spacious. Kitchen is small, but that seems to be the norm in a two bedroom condo at the beach.

A perfect condo

My family of 5 loved our stay. The view was breathtaking from the corner balcony. The condo was very nice with new appliances and it had plenty of towels and blankets. I appreciated the outdoor storage area for the sand toys. The building was quiet at night. It was a perfect place for our vacation.

Amazing.

We absolutely loved the condo. Bright and welcoming when you walk in, and so clean. Loved the hotel touches in the bathrooms with the folded hand towels and little travel shampoo/lotion. The beds were plenty comfortable, and the decor perfect. Nothing can beat that view! Location was great. We were minutes from lots of fun family things to do, like Barefoot Landing and Great Escapes Kayaking, and plenty of restaurants to try. We cannot wait to come back!

Property was exactly as advertised/pictured, with all the comforts of home. Storage room for beach gear was a plus. We got our exercise going up and down the stairs to the third floor, but knew this in advance and it wasn't an issue. Would definitely book again!

Wedding getaway

Everything was great from the very being. The owners were communicative and friendly. My husband and I got married on the beach in front of the condo and spent three days in the area at various entertainment spots. We plan to go back for our anniversary and this time stay a week.
