Our 4-night stay was very enjoyable. I appreciated that there was a ceiling fan in each bedroom; I always bring a small fan just in case & I didn't need it. The kitchen was well stocked & organized. We did not visit the pool because the weather for lazing on the beach was perfect! I sent a couple of questions to the manager prior to arrival & those questions were answered very quickly.

Wonderful place

Great place to stay. The pictures were exactly what you see when you get there. Short drive to Barefoot Landing. Place was clean and the ocean view at sunrise was breathtaking.

Loved this sweet apartment and the fact that it is so close to the beach. We have stayed in many condos in Myrtle Beach and this was the closest one to the ocean.

On The Ocean so hard to beat

We loved the view from the patios but we’re not at all happy with the pool area. We normally go out to beach but prefer to swim in pool. This is not an indoor/outdoor pool as advertised it is indoor and there is an outdoor pool deck. Could have stayed at a much nicer property for the money but we still had a great time. Some weird things in unit. Living room furniture pretty broken down. The fire alarm in hall of condo had a washcloth covering it. other than that it was fine.

Arrived at the unit around 4:40 pm (check-in is 4:00) to find the owner still cleaning the unit. Moved our luggage in and left to get groceries. When we returned, the floors were still dirty and sandy. Rugs in the bathrooms were also dirty. We washed them ourselves and cleaned the floors ourselves. A few days later we were contacted about a possible issue in the master bath caused by construction in the unit above us. The owner and the contractors looked at the problem and determined it was a minor issue and it was fixed. However they did not clean up the mess and we had to do it ourselves. Because the unit above was being remodeled, we frequently heard loud pounding and electrical tool noise during the day. Not very conducive to relaxing.

Girls Trip

Booked for myself with two cousins and one life long friend. They literally screamed with delight when we walked into living room and looked at our view. We had plenty of room and all conveniences of home. Very secure and easy check in. Best week we all had in a long time. Would like to go back. Will try to plan again.

A Great Friend’s Getaway

From the checkin to the checkout our trip was totally positive. The condo was very nice and so comfortable and perfect for my husband and I and our two friends. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and we didn’t have to run out to get this or that! Nothing missing! Our view from our balcony was gorgeous and we definitely enjoyed it! A few steps to the beach completed our satisfaction. I want to commend the people behind the scenes too. They were so cordial and definitely on top of things. It was great to contact them with any questions or concerns and in a few minutes they were back to us with the answers! I will highly recommend this condo and Carolina Palms Vacations!!

A month in paradise

Our time there was absolutely wonderful! Our condo was clean and roomy with a beautiful view of the ocean! It was equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils! Beautiful master bedroom/bath
also washer/dryer. Easy access to the beach, and pool! The grounds and lobby were well taken care of. I definitely will be going back!

Nice but didn't feel it was cleaned properly.

Excellent location, under master bed was unused flooring and very dirty, dishwasher did not work, we tried twice, terrible sewer smell coming from master shower drain, urine smell around floor in master toilet. We had a great time , but got locked in the pool area there was work being done on the property while we were there, accidental fire alarm the first day of our stay due to the ceiling being replaced we had to walk down 6 flights of dark, cobwebby musty stairs, was difficult for me due to my spine problem. Condo was nice could use some new furniture and updates. It was a confusing checkout as to what to do with sheets on the bed. Excellent location and view. I don't feel it was sanitized , we used anti back wipes in bathrooms and kitchen. The floors were sticky like a product was used and not cleaned off properly đŸ€·other than that we had a great time.

Family Fun at the Beach

Check in process was hassle free. Everything went as planned. The condo was clean, decorated nicely and had all necessary utensils. Very close to Barefoot Landing and some of the many miniature golf places, restaurants and grocery stores. The view from both balconies was spectacular! Highly recommend this property.

My Weekend Getaway

The beach was Amazing!! Our view of the Beach was Amazing!! The property garage where I parked was like a swimming pool of water. (It rained) but that was gross. There are no restaurants/food or anything you can buy as no shops or restaurants on property. No customer service on property. The room itself was nice except throughout I found gross dust bunnies' visible under bed, on top of door in Livingroom. I paid just under a thousand dollars and did not even have a full 48 hours in the room. Checked in on Friday at 4 pm (earlier not an option) had to check out by 11 am on Sunday (later checkout not an option) . Way over priced!! I should have looked around better as two doors down where I stayed before has a restaurant, store and customer service on property. A garage too.. They too had the best beach view and access! Also, my room was just as big and did not find dust bunnies' all over. This property owner makes you empty fridge, take out all trash, leave all dishes clean, leave dirty towels on floor in bathroom. and then charges a cleaning fee. I feel like I had to do all the cleaning. I needed this stay for a break from caring for a very sick spouse at home. Not able to relax as I was worried about what I had to do upon departure. Do yourself a favor and stay down at Baywatch where I referenced above. They are a third of what I paid and much more accommodating.

When we arrived there was no ac, the washer was messed up and full of water, the master bathroom sink was full of dirty water and the other bathroom sink was clogged. The property manager was very helpful and sent someone the next day to fix everything but the ac. Kept getting the run around and ended up not having ac the whole trip. Days were great but of course we were barely there and the nights were miserable. But on a good note very nice place in a very great location. I was reimbursed a little money for the ac situation. Overall I would recommend it. If the ac was fixed it was definitely a 5 star stay.
