Oh my....we've stayed at the Gardens of the Kai five or six times in the last couple of years at a different villa, this place rocks!!! Everything was perfect. Location, view, amenities, Judy manager came by to check on us, a very fresh clean place that we will be back to visit, just not telling when.
Our stay here was incredible! This is our first time in this side of the island and it did not disappoint. The kitchen was the best equipped weâve ever had in a rental, supplied with spices, coffee filters, dish soap and more. We counted 54 starfish when out paddle boarding. You can paddle board to a sand bar, stand up and take a break. We also went to Starfish Point, which was not needed since you have your own private Starfiah bay right at home. We also enjoyed coffee every morning on the private beach. Our kids loved the pool and the Barefoot Beach BBQ at Kaibo. Our property managers, Judy and Billy were so gracious and accommodating, personally showing us bioluminescent bay and Billy telling us about the island. We highly recommend the 7am Stingray City tour with Whitesand across the street at Kaibo with Captain Chris. We will be back! Nice and quiet place with the sweetest managers!
Stayed with my wife and three teenage kids (15, 17, 19). Three kids had to share two queen beds without much arguing! Great screen porch for cards and meals. Many breakfasts and lunches cooked in the well appointed kitchen. Beautiful views to the ocean and beach front right out the back door. Quiet beach with space for beach games and lounging. Snorkeled right off the beach with lots of star fish and upside down jellyfish, even saw a stingray. Quite a drive to Seven Mile Beach but we wanted to be in a more quiet location. Safe running and walking on the road between Starfish Point and Rum Point was a big plus! Highly recommended for relaxation on the beach away from the hustle of Georgetown.
Beautiful location right on the beach, very nice house, everything as described in the listing, walking distance to coffee and Kaibo restaurant, and 10 minutes from a small grocery store. Quick drive to Crystal Caves and botanic garden. Several of the boating excursion companies do pick ups in the area. Would not hesitate to book with Cayman Villas again!
Our family had a wonderful time at Gardens of the Kai. The pictures are spot on. You are literally steps from the beach. The house was super clean and very comfortable. The furniture was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. My youngest daughter and I were up early every morning enjoying the screen porch. We loved sitting in the loungers out there with a book. My husband and other daughter enjoyed the A/C . Starfish point is just a bike ride away, but there were just as many starfish right in front of our house. We also went to rum point a couple of times. Itâs very close. Seven mile beach is about an hour away and we went twice during our stay. There are no beach chairs or snorkels available for you take to other beaches. We packed an extra suitcase with beach supplies. Found some chairs and umbrellas that fit in a suitcase on Amazon. They have a double kayak, a single kayak and two paddle boards there for you to use. I was so excited that we would be able to kayak on our own to bio bay. Itâs not far at all. There were a lot of boats and other kayakers going into the bay on our last night, but if you stay close to the shore and bring a flashlight to let boats know where you are, youâll be fine. Also, going to stingray city is a must! We went with white sands which is just across the street at Kaibo. Lastly, we made sure to be back for the sunset every night. It was spectacular. The kitchen is well stocked! I brought my own seasonings but they have plenty.
We had an incredible stay at Three Little Birds. Our little girls loved everything about the property, as did we. The house is well appointed, comfortable, and best of all, steps away from the beach. Thank you for hosting us and facilitating memories we will cherish forever.
An absolute perfect stay on the Caribbean. Condo was newly updated with lovely furnishings, kitchen was great and location cannot be beatâŠ..Iâve never had to take so few steps to my beach chair. Aside from the TV being hard to work & some of the beach loungers being uncomfortable, truly a great spot. Hoping to come back!!!!!
We were thrilled with our stay at this property. The location is ideal - we loved walking out the front door to swim, kayak and paddle board everyday. The house is beautifully furnished - brand new furniture, comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. We walked to Kaibo every morning for coffee and could continue on to starfish beach if we wished. Rum point had great boat trip options -- no need to drive to Seven Mile for that. Conveniently located to explore both ends of the island, We cannot wait to come back!
We have stayed here 3 times and you canât find a better spot to stay,itâs wonderfulThere can always be improvements, one of the SUP boards didnât have a fin, the kayak didnât have backrests and thereâs a tree limb that 2 of us hit there head on by the chairsHaving said all that itâs the best place I have ever been
This place is nice. Kitchen well stocked. Wish they have a few beach chairs that we could take with us while beach hopping. But overall we enjoyed the stay. Property management company gave us a checkin document that has a wrong phone number for manager on site so we couldn't reach them until she stopped by one day. They need to update this phone number.
We were there in August and it was very hot out but the AC in the house kept us cool. Best spot - walk out directly to beach with no one else in your view. Each night Hermit Crabs would walk the beach and gather. Lots of starfish in the bay. Home covered with tile flooring and was updated. Kitchen was very well stocked. Loved walking to get tea and coffee and croissants in the morning from Kaibo across the street. Very quiet community this time of year. Enjoyed both Rum Point and Kaibo beach clubs and restaurants. The water was soo warm in the ocean and the pool was hot. Not refreshing this time of year but marine life (starfish) were abundant and we liked being able to take the Kayak to Bioluminescent Bay. There is a little bit of Bioluminescence in the water right in front of the property but not as impressive as Bio Bay. Loved staying here and would come again! Only negative is that we had to contact the property manager via phone to get check in instructions because they were not sent to us. I tried email and didnât get a response first. Lady on phone was a bit rude. No one had been in the property the day before but they didnât allow early checkin. Emails and documents had different on site contact people listed (Judy and Steven) but we never needed to reach out.
This place was simply the best! Wonderful location (steps away from the water), great space, clean and well appointed! Communication was great and they were very helpful.
Villa is on the quiet side of the island, 45 minutes from the touristy and crowded side. Excellent water and beach right outside the front door! beautiful clear water! quiet and peaceful
Incredible views right on the beach. No crowds on this part of the island. Only shared the beach with one other couple. Found starfish right off the beach. Good food and a grocery store were just a short drive away. One very good restaurant was walking distance across the street. Incredible sunsets each night. Highly recommend.
We stayed in unit #1 right on the beach, and it was perfect. Very clean and well stocked, with everything we needed. Made much use of the paddle board and kayaks. Walked to Rum Point, as well as Starfish point, so great location. Would absolutely stay here again...highly recommended!
Property was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Walking right out onto the beach is just what we were looking for. Beautiful sunsets, and an acceptable drive into the city for excursions. Had an issue with the AC one afternoon, and the property manager had a technician out to get it fixed in a matter of hours, no trouble at all. Loved it!
