The staff was very friendly. The jacuzzi in the room was wonderful. The bed was very soft and you could hear the people the the next room clearly. Even with thise two negative things i think i would still stay there again.

Close to Foxwoods!

We stayed here because it was close to Foxwoods and it had a pool. The hotel was under some renovation so the hallway was not appealing to guests as the rug had a plastic runner with paint footprints on it. The room we stayed in posed some safety concerns because one of the windows did not lock so I had to rig it by putting a stick inside so noone could climb in. The pool should probably have 30 minute reserved slots because it is way to small for more than two small families to swim in.The breakfast was amazing by far the best part of the stay. The cook made your food any way you wanted it and did it with a snile!!

Bad first impression that didn’t improve

Things were not off to a great start when I saw this hotel charged my credit card long before I got to the hotel, when I had specifically selected to pay at the hotel. The woman working at the first desk wanted to argue with me about the policy violation and offered nothing to make things right. This felt like a theft of funds and breach of contract. In the room, the bed was broken on one side, leading to lopsided sleep. The TV was comically small for the room size. Buyer beware on price. Although the sign out front (and on Hotels.com) advertise rooms for $94, the hotel will add a $25 “resort fee” with no explanation other than to increase the cost and really charge you $124 for the room. This is before taxes, of course. Room was clean and the hotel is located in a peaceful area.
