Summary:
Newly painted with a cathedral ceiling and refinished floors, this is a refreshing alternative to condos and inns, with the bonus of very reasonable weekly and 3 night minimum rates. Provincetown is so convenient from here, you can ride your bike into town, or take the Flex bus and leave your car! Steps from a private beach, with two bedrooms, this cottage is a great fit for a family getaway, and it's pet friendly, so you can bring your furry friend, as well!

The Space:
This cottage feels airy and spacious from cathedral ceilings and natural light, and the open living/dining area provides a great spot to begin your day before heading out to enjoy the beach! The flat screen TV is perfect for unwinding with a movie in the evening after a long day of outdoor fun.

Two bedrooms provide ample sleeping space, one of which features a queen bed while the other offers two twins. The cottage also features an efficient full kitchen, cable TV, wireless internet and A/C. All guests are encouraged to enjoy your private patio and gas grill, park-like grounds, and private beach!

Directly on the Bay side Beach!! 3 miles east of Provincetown center. Hike the dunes, take in a whale-watch, visit the galleries of PTown, 18 holes at Truro's Highland Links Golf Course or stroll the village of Wellfleet searching for the perfect spot to slurp a dozen oysters.

Getting Around:
Easily drivable, bikeable, and conveniently located on the Provincetown shuttle route, which can take you to town every 30 minutes.

Tranquil Paradise

Outstanding little cottage by the sea! Enjoyed dining in Provincetown and Wellfleet drive in movie! Excellent location with an outstanding beach. Fit our family needs perfectly. Can't wait to return. Thank you!

Beautiful location but some serious bumps in the process

We arrived to some issues and bumps. When we opened the door there was a pile of wet towels on the floor No paper towels, no soap, barely any toilet paper Wi-Fi not working with no instructions We called the property manager who told us that she would go out and buy some paper towels. She didn’t return for another 24 hours. She also didn’t know what to do about the Wi-Fi but with her help we finally figured it out - again 24 hours after arriving. The lack of Wi-Fi,m meant we couldn’t setup our baby monitor. House was comfortable otherwise Location absolutely beautiful The property manager is very nice. Clearly trying. But for the amount we spent, we expected more.

Long weekend away

My husband and I were looking for a weekend away. Glad to find a place that was pet friendly and steps from the beach! The cottage was a great size for the two of us and our dogs. Location is great, not only is the beach close by and Providence town is a quick and easy drive as well. Would love to come back!

An Amazing Vacation!

This was the first vacation I took with my dog Zeus! He is quite the big boy (95lbs) and I was excited to find a place that would allow me to bring him. This property was absolutely beautiful. Plus it was right next to be the beach! Zeus and I enjoyed every minute of it! It was so nice to see him enjoying him self as we took long walks on the beach! He and I will definitely return soon. Puppy getaway

Great location, close to PTown and amazing beaches. All beached are open without a sticker in mid-Septmber and dogs are allowed. House is very well equipped, everything you need to cook in if you want to. We will book again!

Perfect weekend getaway.
