The room temperature was good. The staff were helpful, friendly and polite. An improvement would be a wider variety of egg options at breakfast. There only appeared tobe scrambled eggs. But the price for the stay was excellent so limited options to be expected.

I have stayed often at holiday inn express hotels, and this one stood out as exceptional. From cleanliness of rooms, to helpfulness and friendliness of staff, and quality of breakfast, everything was amazing. This did not feel like a budget experience.

Everything you need plus a reasonable breakfast included for fab value! Also had air con which was a blessing for me and the only negative is the lighting was a bit dark and relied on lamps rather than a bright main light. Great place especially for over nighters
