The staff throughout were courteous and helpful. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable and well heated on a cold day. The breakfast buffet was plentiful - great choice of cold and hot dishes. Hotel is in a great location on the outskirts of Norwich and with free parking, we caught local taxi to get around. Didn’t use the pool this time though it was good several years ago. Will definitely return again

Overall review score is based on room size, bathroom size, and value for money, which are all poor. We have stayed in much roomier Travelodges! This was probably the most cramped king-sized room we have ever had to endure. Very relieved to get home to some space!
