Cowgate Apartments are conveniently located within a few minutes short walk to the centre of Norwich. With multiple shopping, restaurant and retail opportunities right on your doorstep, you are perfectly placed to enjoy your leisure or work related stay.
The apartment is on the ground floor, has separate kitchen and comes with 2 double bedrooms consisting of 1 Super King / Zip and Link bed, the 2nd bedroom housing a double. The bathroom has a walk in shower and leads off the open plan lounge.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and is entered via a private courtyard to the rear, where there is a lockbox to allow for flexible check ins. There is also covered storage for bikes etc.
There are 2 good sized double bedrooms, with the main bedroom having a Super King sized bed, which can be split to make 2 decent sized singles. The 2nd bedroom has a large double bed.
There is a large open plan living and dining area with a separate kitchen coming off this. The bathroom has a walk in shower (no bath) and is entered off the living room.
Guests have access to all living areas of the property.
Guests will be supplied with all information on check-in/out and contact details prior to arrival.
Paid parking is available very close by via the Anglia Square car park and you can park within a 10 meter walk of the apartment.
