Casa Pagoda, at villas Ecositas Nosara, is located in Playa Pelada, on one of the most beautiful and serene properties in all of Nosara. No dust, no traffic, ocean front property. Once you arrive, no need to drive as you can walk or bike on the beach to stores, restaurants and surf. The sound of surf permeates the air and the nearly private beach is a short stroll through the 100 meter protected maritime zone that protects the Nosara coastline from development.

Casa Pagoda is a beautiful hand-crafted teak timber framed Ecosita (ecological casita), built using traditional Japanese design and joinery details and all locally sourced natural materials. The two tiered design is reminiscent of a Japanese Pagoda, hence the name. The upper loft can be used as your private yoga floor, or as a bedroom-with-a-view, accommodating a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen boasts beautiful granite countertops, gas range, and all the utensils, stainless steel cookware and appliances necessary to prepare even the most robust gourmet meals. The Ninga blender is a favorite for blending your favorite smoothie using the fresh local fruits. If your timing is ripe, you may find ripe mangos on tree right outside your door.

Casa Pagoda is ideal for families with small children (crib included) or couples looking for a romantic getaway, business work session on the beach, or for anyone simply seeking solitude and meditation, on one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Costa Rica, Playa Pelada.

The road literally ends at the property, so no dust and no traffic no noise—only the sounds of the natural wildlife and the waves breaking on the beach permeate the air. While secluded and private, four of the best restaurants in all of Nosara, and all the activities from yoga to surfing, are only a short walk away along our beach. Once you are on the property you never need to drive, as everything can be accessed by walking along the beach.
