Nice independent villa, chalet style, located near the oasis of Vendicari, a few steps from the enchanting San Lorenzo beach and two kilometers from village of Marzamemi.
By car, a short distance away, you can reach and visit the other beautiful beaches of south-eastern Sicily: the beach of Calamosche, the Island of Capo Passero, the beach of the Island of Correnti, Carratois, Punto Rio, Porto Ulisse etc.
The mild climate of south-eastern Sicily allows you to plan your beach holidays in the summer, in spring and also in autumn, until late October.
The villa includes: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 living room with fireplace and 1 kitchen.
Outside there is a large private parking, 1 equipped patio, 1 outdoor shower with hot water, 1 "oven house", equipped with an oven, 1 barbecue, 1 worktop and 1 sink with running water.
The consumption of electricity over 14.00 euros per week (40 clicks per week are available), calculated from the internal charge, will be charged at 0.35 cents per click.
