Qdo chegamos o quarto que nos foi oferecido estava com a cama desarrumada como se tivesses sido usada. Nos alojaram em outro quarto, porém, o chuveiro a agua escorria na parede e não tinha como lavar o cabelo, como era só uma noite e já havíamos defeito s malas não pedimos para trocar. Café da manhã espetacular, equipe muito atenciosa.

O único ponto negativo é não diz respeito ao hotel em si, é aquele fica na entrada de nova Petrópolis é bem longe do centro pra ir a pé, eu e meu esposo tentamos, mas não deu porque tem uma parte que não tem calçada dificultando e não tem Uber, tivemos que esperar o ônibus, fora isso o hotel é maravilhoso!
