The location is excellent-- easy access to 101 and 37. The staff is professional and friendly, the hotel and rooms are very clean-- it appears to have been recently remodeled. The first morning I found the coffee in the breakfast area to be really weak, but it was fine the following morning. The rooms are comfortable and quiet!

Loved our room. Only negative was ac heat unit battery stopped working we realized as very hot overnight. Husband had to go downstairs to lobby to talk to representative to find a battery which they didn’t have but got one eventually out of an empty hotel room. If I’d been alone there was no one to fix it or figure it out on duty. Very little sleep was had that night. Breakfast not as nice as some other best western places. Nice quiet room other than some noisy guests at all hours.
