Excelente propiedad, todo igual a las imágenes. Muy limpio, muy cuidado todo. No hizo falta nada de equipo para nuestras necesidades. Nos faltaban 2 toallas de alberca, escribimos al chat y en menos de 5 minutos ya las teniamos. Definitivamente regresaríamos y recomendamos esta propiedad.

Wonderful

Everything is as it was described. The overall grounds , unit, staff wonderful. The only thing I would like to suggest is a Property Stay guide for the guests left in the unit describing check in - check out process, tuning in ID bracelet return, what pools the guest can access. How to get a gym guest pass, shuttle services and how to reach a taxi. I would definitely stay in this unit again. Thank you very much.

Wonderful property!

This 3rd floor unit has a direct view over beautifully manicured grounds, the pools and onto the ocean. This was end of April and the pool was warm and comfortable to exercise in. Great terrace, where we spent each morning and evening reading and enjoying the birdsong. The property managers answered questions quickly prior to our arrival. The only negative feedback I have is that the dresser drawers in the primary bedroom smelled of mildew, so much so that we needed to store our clothing in another bedroom. I would look forward to attaining this condo again!

Playa Royale Condo

We had a fabulous stay here. The condo was perfect for two couples and a baby. Extremely spacious and clean. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The Playa Royale facilities are clean and well maintained. We enjoyed using the BBQ areas for a few dinners. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Family getaway

We stayed here for 10 days with our three children. The condo is beautiful and spacious, it was clean we we arrived. Check-in was easy. The property and grounds are well taken care of. The location and beach were also wonderful. One thing that we found annoying was the amount of rules Playa Royale has, particularly for children playing in the pool, we felt we had to constantly remind our children to be quiet and basically not be kids. That being said, we did enjoy how peaceful it was there, but it is definitely suited more for older people.

Great Stay

We were looking for a week of rest and relaxation. Condo was beautiful, very clean and well appointed. Playa Royale was very relaxing, nice pool/spa. Food next door (though delivered to pool or beach) was quite good and staff very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Luxury in Nuevo Vallarta

This beachfront property makes for a very comfortable and convenient stay. The condominium is pleasant and comfortable. Palapas abound on the beach where there is meal and drink service. A grocery store is a very short walk. There is also a fine hospital across the street. The owner and property manager are excellent hosts.

Spring Break 2024

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The condo had plenty of room for us with our 4 teenage kids. Both bedrooms had plenty of room & the 3rd bedroom with the foldout couch was very comfortable too. The condo was well stocked & the balcony was spacious with a very nice view. We bought the beach club membership & spent most days at that pool. It was definitely worth it. The check-in went smoothly & the communication with the property manager was excellent. They answered all of our questions immediately & were a pleasure to deal with. We hope to return next year! Paradise!!

Amazing condo with beautiful views and so clean!

We had an amazing time in Nuevo Vallarta. Playa Royale is a wonderful place. The complex is extremely beautiful, relaxing, inviting, and secure. Our condo had everything and more we could have asked for. Everything was super clean, fresh clean towels and sheets, and every amenity you need. There are many shops, restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The pools and beach are so well maintained and we enjoyed every day there in the sun. I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone and would come back over and over again!!

Quiet

We have made quite a few trips to the area and this time our main priority was quiet. That it was. There was even a holiday and we never heard a single firework, wild! That said you are on an island, it will take time to get to other areas or to find a dose of culture. During a time with traffic, which is most times… it took 45 minutes to get to Las Gloria’s (so longer to get to Old Town). We suggest visiting Bucerias which is colorful, with white sand, and 20 minutes or less away. While there are walkable things like a dining choice or two they are a bit ho hum and we highly suggest a visit to La Comer before coming on property as the develeopment’s market is all very overpriced American imports. The property (a planned community called Paradise Villiage) and the unit were in fantastic condition. We travelled with three children, who are quiet and behaved, but found that the space is family friendly and a good mix of retirees with some folks with children. There is an onsite bar/grill perfect for poolside/beachside lunch. Check in was a bit delayed—the front desk was not aware of our impending arrival. If this happens to you they are likely looking for a handwritten reservation form, not your VRBO confirmation, and text to the property manager got that sent over and resolved but it took a bit to get to that solution. We found the front desk people to be very helpful, and will easily secure you a taxi nearly immediately. Walk to the left on the beach and get a massage!

Beautiful Condo!

The condo is very nicely decorated! We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean and the stunning sunsets. The only thing missing was an umbrella for the late afternoon sun.

Great stay

Great location, clean , safe, comfortable and great for families!! Great walking to restaurants.great view and outdoor view/patio. The main deep pool doesn’t allow under 3 yr olds Plus side they gave a kids pool but it separates the families since it’s 1 foot deep… The beach also has great views but you’ll sit in the back / last row since you’re renting. First 4 rows are for owners

Definitely Paradise!

The property was lovely. Exactly what we were expecting. It was really nice to have each room have its own air conditioning unit as some people liked it colder and others wanted it warmer. It was a great location and close to the Paradise Village plaza and some of our favorite restaurants. The view was beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. The children’s pool was mostly empty the whole time…looked like fun if you were to have kids. The main pool was nice and loved the hot tub in the middle. My only complaint was that the beach club food service was quite slow and infrequent. Would have loved for them to come by more often. As for the condo, mostly everything met our expectations. I do feel like it would be nice if they would provide basic necessities for a week stay. Simple things like garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper would go a long ways. I understand that you wouldn’t want to provide this for a month stay, but for one week is should be expected. We had to run to the grocery store to get those necessities as it only came with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one trash bag, 1 paper towel roll. I also think it would have been nice to have more than one set of towels for the beach and bathrooms. We did quite a few loads of laundry as the humidity makes it so the towels don’t dry as quickly so we washed them so we could dry them to have clean dry towels. The last thing as the beds. I thought it was great as it was firm. My cousin on the other hand said the bed was so hard that it hurt her body…felt like cardboard. Overall a lovely stay and great property/grounds.

Super cómodo, perfecto para la familia

Esta villa está bien ubicada, es parte del complejo de Paradise Village, por lo que aunque no está a un costado de este hotel se siente como si formara parte del mismo, todas las instalaciones, tanto dentro de la habitación como en áreas comunes, tienen un excelente estado de mantenimiento, todo super limpio y muy cómodo. La playa está muy amplia y hay muchas palapas. Hay personal que te acomoda y lleva camastros a la palapas que te hayan asignado, ya que en playa se deben reservar, es lo único que es un poco tedioso ya que debes ir a la alberca de un costado (a la que no se tiene acceso regular porque es para uso de otra de las torres) y solicitar una palapa. En playa y alberca hay servicio de alimentos y bebidas y hay hora feliz por las tardes. A nosotros nos tocó muy poca gente hospedada así que teníamos prácticamente las albercas (climatizadas) para nosotros solos. La alberca de niños es muy amplia y queda justo a la vista del balcón de la villa. Tienen unas palapas con parrillas o asadores que puedes reservar y cocinar ahí a un costado de la alberca mientras los niños se dan un chapuzon. Me parece que es una excelente opción para viajar con niños y familia. En el cuarto encontrarás todo lo necesario para cocinar, e incluso hay cepillo eléctrico para el cabello. Cuenta con suficientes toallas para alberca y baño. La televisión tiene distintas apps para ver series y películas. La pasamos muy agusto y sin duda regresaríamos!
