The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.
