siasm: This was the best all-inclusive resort I have ever been to. From the hotel room to the food, staff, and overall cleanliness, everything exceeded my expectations. I even made great friends along the way. The food truly stood out—it was high quality, flavorful, and well seasoned. The rooms were spotless, and I never encountered anything that felt unclean. It was clear that cleanliness is taken very seriously throughout the resort. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They spoke both English and Spanish very well, which made communication easy and comfortable. The entertainment was amazing, from the fun poolside activities during the day to the exciting nighttime shows. Everything was absolutely spectacular. I am definitely planning my next visit back to this

The good: the staff, the beach, the property, the drinks, the cleanliness, the service, etc etc. Not one complaint about how gorgeous it was or how clean or how accommodating and polite every single staff member was. Everyone worked very hard to provide the best service possible and we were happy. The bad: the food was pretty awful. I get that it’s hard to provide different styles of food for such a large and varied circulation of guests, but when even the tacos are so-so…come on. Anyway, the Steakhouse wasn’t bad, and the buffet was hit or miss. The Italian was bad. Kyoto’s was not good. Room service was terrible. The American Bar was also meh. Pepe’s was ok in a pinch, but overall, all things edible were super disappointing unless it was fruit or pastries. All that being said, I didnt realize how important food is on vacation, and anyone here praising the food is obviously a rube who has never had a decent meal.

The room on the sixth floor, number 6040, has a poorly functioning entrance door that sometimes doesn't close. The mirror is old and stained. The door slide is also very poorly constructed and doesn't close. You have to force it to close it. The mattress is very soft and your back hurts after a night's sleep.

The place is beautiful! Spotless, rooms are great, beach is awesome and the water perfect for swimming. The staff is ten out of ten. They work hard to make your experience enjoyable. My only complaint was the food. Not so great. We did the buffet, the Steakhouse, Kyoto,l Italian, the American Bar, and Pepe's. All of it was disappointing. But to be fair, its probably hard to offer so many different varieties of food and make it amazing.

Overall, a short walk from room to beach for an able-bodied person. Everything else, like dining, cafe, bars and entertainment were between those two points. Pristinely upkept grounds. Loved the swim up pool bar. Beautiful beach.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds with nice pillows and towels. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel on the wall in the shower. Loved the conditioner! Buffet was average for breakfast and lunch. Ate at three of the specialty restaurants. At Krystal we ate lobster bisque and red snapper. Both excellent. Husband said the octopus was good but not the best he has had. We had a lovely time. The breakfast buffet has a good variety and should accommodate many/all diet restrictions. The restaurant are below average except for Krystal. We also loved the passion fruit mezcalitas and the mixology bar as it presented different drinks from those available at the other bars. We really dislike the toilets, the fact that they are mounted on the all makes the crack as if they were to break if you are a heavier person. The lunch snack bar with fresh guacamole and grilled meats was delicious. We loved the amount of lounging chairs around the pool and beach area, we never felt that we couldn't find a spot even if we came later to the pool/beach. Room was great and the bed was comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time week stay. The facilities were super clean and staff was very attentive. It was also nice that we didn’t have to make reservations for the restaurants. Our only disappointment was that we are early risers and pool and breakfast didn’t open til 8am and dinner service didn’t start until 6pm. Beach and swimming was fantastic!
