It is a house located in the middle of the Mayenne bocage, composed of two large living spaces, three bedrooms and a large garden which is suitable for a family as well as for a meeting of friends.

For your shopping Nuillé is 1.5 km away and has local shops (bakeries, grocery store, newsagent, etc.), unless you prefer l'Huisserie 3 km away which offers all kinds of shops.

You are in Maine, at the gates of Anjou and Brittany. Access is easy, Visit Angers, Mont St Michel, Fougère and its castle, Le Mans and its racing circuit.
And closer, Laval, with its atypical cathedral, its castle and its old streets, the port with boat rental, its shops,...
Château-Gontier, awarded "Fleur d'or" is the birthplace of towns and villages in bloom with its historic center and its remarkable gardens, its local farmers' market on Thursdays, the Refuge de l'Arche...
And on foot it is possible from the Lande du Bourg to join the towpath to discover the variety of landscapes and the many castles dominating the Mayenne or join the greenway, old railway line, which crosses Montigné, and visit in another the amazing Robert Tatin museum in Cossé le Vivien...

Cleaning is optional at 75€. It is mandatory for professionals. For a long stay: a cleaning every 15 days. From Laval, take the Route de l'Huisserie, on the D1, which runs along the Mayenne. Cross the Huisserie in the direction of Nuillé-sur-Vicoin - always on the D1. On leaving the village, drive about 3 km and take Courcelle road on your right. The gîte is the 1st house on your left.
From Nuillé-sur-Vicoin: leave the village in the direction of l'Huisserie, following the D1 for about 1 km. Take the road to Courcelle on your left. The gîte is the 1st house on your left.

Warning: on the GPS: do not put "la Lande" because it takes you to another Lande, on the road between Nuillé and Quelaines-St-Gault. Note "Courcelle in Nuillé-sur-Vicoin", the gîte being the 1st house on the road to Courcelle coming from the D1.
