Disliked: Staff & service
Das Zimmer und die Lage der Unterkunft war gut. Allerdings war der Service miserabel. Nach einer Stunde vergebens die Unterkunft zu kontaktieren, erhielten wir endlich den Zugangscode für die Eingangstür. Dort angekommen erfuhren wir erst beim Check-In dass wir eine Reinigungsgebühr von 65,- Euro bezahlen müssen um überhaupt Zugang zum Zimmer zu erhalten. Dies war bei der Buchung nirgendwo aufgeführt. Lediglich die Info: „Reinigung auf Anfrage“ Auch einen Balkon gab es bei einem Standard Doppelzimmer nicht, der jedoch bei der Buchung ausgewiesen worden war. Wir sind mit dem Service sehr unzufrieden und würden diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen.
