Bus stop just 2 minutes’ walk, S-Bahn in 7 minutes. Easy access to the Südwesttangente and city highway. City center, harbor, and trade fair are quickly reached.
Shops for daily needs—bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, post office, restaurants (Franconian & Greek), Asian takeout, ice cream parlor, hairdresser, stationery, and physiotherapy—are all within 2 minutes’ walk.
