The Heating in the property was not working and the room was freezing They could only move us to a smaller room after a couple of hrs if complaining but the room we moved to was within the foyer and the noise from the people in the bar felt like they were sitting next to you We complained as we were all shattered but they literally waived a few drinks of our bill and that was it

Harriman night to recouperate

Surprisingly great stay for a 2 day hike in the Harriman State park! Check in was a breeze, the lobby was so open and inviting. The room was perfect, and ad a dinner at the bar which was delicious! Thank you!! Hotels.com is such a fantastic app, it allows me the comfort to quickly find a room near the area that I am in, hiking or biking, without the need to reserve far in advance..
