Vi hade en väldigt trist upplevelse. Marknadsföringsbilderna visar en helt annan standard än vi fick uppleva. Vi betalade ca 8700 för två personer för tre nätter och fick ett rum som delvis var omöblerat, hade extra sängar uppställda lite hipp som happ, en golvfläkt balanserade uppe på en av dem, flagnande färg på väggar under fönster, samt foder och trösklar till badrummet, icke fungerande handdukstork i badrummet. Och lägg till detta att rummet heller inte städades under tre dagar. Kort sagt ett bortglömt rum, med känsla av förråd/gillestuga och utsikt över en parkeringsplats. Vadrarhemsstandard till priset av premiumhotell. När vi klagade på detta fick vi förklaringar om att de hade ”dynamisk prissättning” (tydligen fritt svävande i relation till den levererade kvaliteten) och en kompensation på 200 kr var att använda i restaurangen. Hade varit helt ok om det hade varit ett lågprishotell. Nu känner vi oss istället lurade på pengar och kommer aldrig återvända.
