Il s'agit d'une maison classique de quatre chambres sur la cĂŽte de la Caroline, construite sur pilotis, directement sur le front de mer Ă  Oak Island, en Caroline du Nord. Descendez les marches et vous ĂȘtes sur la plage. Il y a quatre chambres et deux salles de bain complĂštes. Il y a une buanderie en bas. Toute la maison a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e et tous les nouveaux meubles ont Ă©tĂ© achetĂ©s en 2016. Nous rĂ©novons les deux salles de bain Ă  l'automne 2018. La chambre avant est grande ouverte et offre une vue magnifique sur l'ocĂ©an. Nous aimons cet endroit et sommes sĂ»rs que vous l'apprĂ©cierez aussi. La maison peut accueillir 11 personnes sur 3 lits queen et cinq lits simples (deux lits superposĂ©s). Il y a un futon dans la piĂšce avant. Nous avons passĂ© des vacances amusantes ici depuis 20 ans et nous sommes sĂ»rs que vous et votre famille en profiterez aussi.

* Pendant la haute saison en juin, juillet et août, nous demandons aux clients de réserver leur séjour pour un minimum de 7 nuits avec un check-in et check-out du samedi au samedi

The house is in a perfect beach front location and actually larger than we had expected based on the photos. The porch is the star of this rental. We spent many hours ocean-gazing and chatting and having our morning coffee and reading there. We hope to be back.

Family vocation

This was our second stay at this lovely vacation home and it was just as wonderful as the first! The location is perfect, quiet, convenient, and close to everything we needed. The house was spotless upon arrival and thoughtfully stocked with many amenities that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. We truly felt at home here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Nice and furnished house

The kitchen was very well-stocked, and we appreciated the abundance of clean white towels for bathing. We will definitely be returning in the future, and we are grateful to the owners for their hospitality. They were very receptive to our needs and kept in touch if we needed anything throughout our stay.

The view, the view, the view!

Location is fabulous! The view is amazing. The house has a nice layout. Kitchen and living room overlooking the beach. Plenty of living space and lots of seating. Kitchen is brand new. Tons of "kitchen stuff" - toaster, a few coffee pots, loads of plates, bowls, pots, glasses, mugs. Deck has lounge chairs so you can stretch out and take a nap on the deck. We've rented on Oak Island a few times and this is the first house that had lounge chairs so you can really stretch out and relax. Beds are comfortable. Hosts are responsive. I reported a problem with the clothes dryer. They had a brand new dryer installed in less than 24 hours. A nice feature about this house is that they have outside lights with motion detectors. This way if you stay out later than you expected, you can easily find your way into the house instead of fumbling around in the dark. Also - they have direct beach access. We saw dolphins almost every day. Also saw pelicans - my favorite beach bird.

Beach Getaway

This property provides both enjoyable proximity to the beach and nearby amenities. It was very clean with lots of room for a small or large group. Coming in October there were very few people on the beach so it was very peaceful.

Great Location, Great aowmers

Comfortable house for family of 8. Plenty of room and nice arrangements of beds. Kitchen has literally everything you need. Really appreciated condiments and spices left. Small but fun assortment of puzzles and games. Great porch overlooking ocean. Appreciated kayaks and life vests. Loved very short walk to shoreline.

Great stay

This is our second time renting this house. We love how it’s just a step away from the beach, the layout of the house is perfect for our family of 9 and the communication with the owner can’t be beat. We have already booked our stay for next year!! Can’t wait!!

Great beach access & views

Our multi-generational family had a great time at this house. It is very close to the beach—super easy access! The layout of the house worked well for our group of 8. We enjoyed the views from the big windows, cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, and working the puzzles. The deck is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. We had a very comfortable vacation! Thank you!

What a view!

This property has an amazing view! The location is so convenient, and the big scenic windows allow you to look out at the ocean throughout your stay. The porch was great to watch the waves and have adult time after the kids went down. We had a few minor issues, but the owners were very responsive. Would recommend for a quiet beach getaway right on the shore!

Great View and House!

I would definitely stay here again! The view from the porch and living room was fantastic, the house was right on the beach. There were ample chairs for use on the porch as well as down at the beach. The house was very spacious and well stocked. Linens were SUPER soft and towels very plush. Plenty of blankets and pillows were provided as well. Everything you could need was stocked in the kitchen and there was enough seating around the table for my group of 8. Bathrooms were nice with good water pressure, comfort height toilets, and plenty of light. The house was clean and the owners were very responsive both before and during the vacation! I hope to return here.

Everything you need!

We had a wonderful two weeks at this beach front house. It was spacious enough for our family of 5! I enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen- they have everything from crab crackers to a muffin pan. They also have lots of sand toys/buckets/boogie boards in the downstairs laundry room. We had a blast and can’t wait to return for our 4th trip to this home.

Family Vacation

A beautiful spacious home right on the beach. Perfect for a family looking for a more secluded area. The older teens liked being able to go to the beach whenever they wanted and be within sight. Well stalked kitchen, large tv (for my gaming child) and a wonderful view from the deck. One of the best parts of the vacation was learning all about the many sea turtles that lay their eggs on this beach. Sadly, we were 5 minutes late to see the clutch hatch behind the house. The owners were great!!!

Best view

The house was a perfect fit for us. It rained a couple days and with the view from the table, we were able to see the ocean while playing board games. The kitchen is FULLY stocked! We’ve rented some places that only had the bare minimum but this house has it all. I keep going back to the view. It’s amazing! We would stay again just for the view!

Spacious, well equipped beach box

We had an excellent week here and would absolutely stay again. Like other reviewers the living room is more spacious than pictured. My husband and I actually slept on the bed in the living room since our toddler isn't great at sharing a room yet. A bed in the living sounds weird but it's a perfect place to watch the ocean through the huge windows and relax or take a nap. The place was very well stocked. No major complaints and would absolutely stay here again!

Love this home

First off, the host are exceptionally nice and worked with us and answered any questions. We had a few kinks to start but nothing they didn’t resolve right away. The property is beautiful and way more spacious in person than it looks in the pictures and when I tell you the owners are 100% right when they say all you need to bring is a toothbrush

Amazing home!

The house was absolutely amazing and is exactly as described. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking full breakfasts and dinners. The living space easily accommodated our whole family for game nights. The bedrooms were very nice and comfortable and having two full bathrooms was so helpful! The laundry room was full of beach goodies that our kids loved playing with. The location was perfect, the house outstanding, and the view

Fantastic Beach Box

This was a great place to stay! Checking in and checking out of this home was simple! The owner was correct, we pretty much just needed out tooth brushes! The only negative thing I have to stay about this rental is that there were no shades on the windows in the living room. I can't blame them, I wouldn't want to spoil the view either, but at night, it would be helpful to keep beach combers from creeping in on you LOL...not that it happend, but we did feel a bit uneasy with "who could be" looking in on us. As I previously said, the place was perfect for our small family but would also be perfect for a larger family with Kids, because of the bunk beds in one of the rooms. Will definitely keep this property at the top of our list for next years trip!! Highly Recommended.
